This is a lovely, well maintained property positioned just a short walk to the centre of the lower part of Bergamo town and only a ten minute walk to the bus station. The property was very clean and we were grateful for the use of the communal kitchen - particularly the complimentary coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was simple and clean, good location at the foot of the old city and on a courtyard. Parking was available on site for a fee but be sure to book ahead. The fridge needs to be updated/cleaned better. Not sure if breakfast was included or not. There was no air conditioning but there was a fan; however, if you keep the windows open for air you also get the loud hum of the huge air conditioning unit across the courtyard. An air conditioning unit would probably be a better option. The owner was responsive and flexible.

This was a good place for three of us for an overnight before heading out again on the train. Shared small kitchen area, which was strange, with a bedroom/bathroom not used by us but could have been rented to someone else. Clean, good shower. 13 mins walk to train.

Great location and well organized, very clean. However, the mattress was so bad that we barely slept and my wife has been in agony all day with back pain. For that reason, I wouldn't stay again, but if they change the mattress, it would be an excellent place to stay.

This property is very well decorated and is exceptional in terms of comfort, location and cleanliness. The hosts were great and left very clear instructions. The room was large and included extra touches like a large Dyson fan but the shutters onto the balcony provided enough air flow through the room - I left the french doors open and drew the insect curtain. The room included a spacious balcony with a view over rooftops to the tower. Another great touch was the Italian coffee and Moka pots and a range of teas. Cold fresh water available in the fridge. The location was great too - close to the centre and has bars, cafes, shops and restaurants on its doorstep. I couldn't recommend this property highly enough and will surely return.

The stay was fine. Contact with the host was good, clear instructions for self check-in, perfect location, use of the indoor garage (paid). The mattress was a bit hard, the shower head keeps spraying towards the wall, when other guests are in the hallway it is a bit noisy.

The host was very helpful with arrival instructions, including instructions on how to get from the airport to the property. The room and bathroom were spotless, very clean, and comfortable. My only complaint is that the shower only had hot water for a minute or two. But that is likely out of the control of the host. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! I would highly recommend this place to others.

The location was fantastic for visiting Bergamo. The host was very accommodating, especially as I had a foot injury and needed a shower rather than a bath. This was arranged without any issues. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. However, the hosts provided us with two fans.

No hustle, self check-in. Ideal room for simply staying the night, as we used all the time in Bergamo to walk the city, we only slept at the location. Clean and cozy B&B; we had a very good stay there. We only met one of the owners, Ambra, but she was extremely open, friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated with love. The location is very practical, as the B&B is close to the city center and the station, although the street itself is not the most beautiful one in wonderful Bergamo. All in all we were very happy with our choice. A few things that you might want to know beforehand: The two rooms that we had share a (large and clean) bathroom - which was perfectly OK for us. The breakfast is mainly an 'Italian style' one, meaning that it is rather simple and predominantly sweet (cake, biscuits) - for Italy, where breakfast is not as important as in other countries, it was very good. And it is a self-service breakfast: Everything is set up in the kitchen, you can toast bread, take anything you want from the fridge, make your own coffee etc. But once again: We thought this was a wonderful B&B at a reasonable price!

Very cozy, quiet and very clean B&B within walking distance to the train station, the central old town with shopping street and many lovely restaurants. Super care by the owners Ambra and Nicola (email correspondence in Italian or Spanish, reception upon arrival, tips and city information, help with questions, etc.) in a charming and warm hospitable manner. A fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, Mocca machines and various breakfast foods (fresh fruits, eggs, yogurt, milk, butter...) are available - only fresh bread needs to be purchased at one of the nearby bakeries. We really enjoyed the stay - heartfelt thanks to Ambra & Nicola, would gladly return anytime!

The site is relatively close to the train station, although far from the historic center of Bergamo. Access is autonomous via code, so initially there is no contact with the host. The room and the usable space are clean and modernly furnished. It has a kitchen and is well equipped. Overall, it has a good value for money. Despite not having contact with the host, they provided us with all the help we requested and even allowed us to leave the luggage and pick it up outside the check-in hours, free of charge.

Strategic location, right in the center. We were also able to use the garage so we parked the car that we didn't touch until departure. Everything was very organized: precise directions to open the entrance gate, the garage gate, and the house gate, where to find the keys, how to activate the WiFi connection, in short, everything very precise. Personally, I missed "seeing someone", exchanging a few words with the hosts that make the visit unique because you taste the soul of the city with them.

Great remote assistance from the host. The remote check-in can be intimidating at times, but Ambra was there at every moment and for every need, guiding me step by step! Very nice, clean and new guesthouse, not far from the station and convenient for visiting the city. Quiet and peaceful environment. Unpleasant to receive the request both via email and a few hours later via whatsapp at the beginning of the week (Tuesday) for the advance payment, even though it was supposed to be done by Friday.

Avendo effettuato la caparra tramite bonifico, le abbiamo gentilmente chiesto se preferiva saldare con la stessa modalità o in altro modo. Nessuna fretta, come scritto in watsup. In ogni caso, organizzando il self checkin, il pagamento viene sempre richiesto almeno il giorno prima dell’arrivo.

I stayed from 6th to 9th October 2017. The location is excellent. It's easy to reach the station and you can find everything nearby. The owners are very kind and helpful. The cleanliness is excellent. Suitable for children. I highly recommend it.

Very welcoming and clean structure. Staff really kind and friendly (thanks for everything Elisabetta). Perfect location; the only negative point is the wifi, it didn't work in the Matisse room where I stayed, but it had excellent reception in the common areas. Overall, I would come back, I felt like at home!
