The Casa Mercedes is a very comfortable and beautiful apartment in which I had the opportunity to cook by myself, reach the university and the center immediately as well as many bars and restaurants. The furnishings in the apartment are also very elegant and tasteful. Thank you.

The rooms clearly bear the individual signature of the landlady, which can be described as authentic, charming, or kitschy. The location is very central yet quiet with a green view. Madame Mercedes is very helpful and friendly. Cat lovers will be fully satisfied here.

Very convenient location in the center, charming house and very friendly welcome. Possibility to store bicycles in the inner courtyard but without charging sockets.

Delightful house, furnished with taste and with the wonderful atmosphere of the past, bright and surrounded by silence and greenery even though it's in the city center. There is also a parking space inside the courtyard. The lady was very kind and even managed to get us an extra place. There were four of us and so we had the whole house to ourselves. Highly recommended for those who love beautiful and authentic things and not the sterile style of soulless places.

I stayed for a week and I had a great time. I had everything I needed and the lady was very kind and courteous. Moreover, the place is in a very quiet area and from there you can reach the city center in a few minutes and the many bars and restaurants that Udine is full of. Very pleasant.

We were completely satisfied with the night spent at Casa di Mercedes: charming palace in the city center, private terrace where to enjoy the abundant and healthy breakfast, elegant and clean room with comfortable bed, reserved and discreet owner who provided us with all the necessary information for the stay. Its location is excellent, in the center and practically next to the university. Varied breakfast that can be enjoyed in complete autonomy, perfect for me as I am a chronic latecomer. Very kind and helpful staff. I will come back.

I stayed for one night in this B&B in the center of Udine, chosen for its convenient location close to the University (via Mantova and Palazzo Antonini). The value for money is excellent and the landlady is really very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed at this very special B&B for two days and fully enjoyed the welcoming environments of this ancient palace, the furnishings, the terraces, the fully equipped kitchen, and the TV (two): everything speaks of a dwelling with so much history and life. The abundant breakfast and the possibility of having hot drinks at any time (they were needed, we encountered cold and windy days) helped us face the excursions and the return journey invigorated. We will gladly return.

I had a great time. The structure is old but well-maintained and quite comfortable. Extremely quiet and super convenient in terms of location, the owner is very helpful. The only issues are related to the age of the building: the bathtub does not allow for a shower without flooding the building, the glass doors of the rooms do not provide the best privacy, no elevator, and the street door can practically only be opened by Ercole. But these shortcomings are fully compensated by the location and attention to detail: the balconies are simply fabulous, they look like small gardens, the TV and internet connection work great, having coffee on the terrace with the scent of the air, colors, plants, and the sound of the bells is priceless. Varied and plentiful breakfast, only packaged as required by law, hot beverage machine always available. In summary: I would go back right away.

I stayed at this B&B for three nights from October 21st to 24th for study purposes. The structure is easily reachable from the station and is located in the city center, just a stone's throw from the university. The owner has always been very kind and helpful. I had a completely blue room (double for single use) with an en-suite bathroom. The B&B is very colorful, with a particular and well-cared-for decor. A cozy living room and two very nice terraces are available to guests, as well as the kitchen. In the morning, the table was always set with everything needed for breakfast. I find it to be a good quality-price compromise, especially considering the location. If I had to return to Udine, I would stay here again.

Incredible! A Bed and Breakfast truly exceptional. I'm just sorry I only spent one night here. Maximum cleanliness, maximum kindness, maximum hospitality. It's like being at your own home. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful. The spacious and cozy lounges and even the terraces are very pleasant. One of the most beautiful establishments I have ever seen. Highly recommended.
