Casa Fattorini is a duplex with an apartment occupied by the owner and an apartment used as a B&B and fully independent again. The B&B consists of 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single, two bathrooms, terrace, dining room and kitchen. Absolutely perfect for families or couples.

It offers a rich breakfast with a variety of pastries and homemade jams. Located 5 minutes from the beach, city center and the railway station.

The apartment is very well maintained and clean with everything necessary and even more. The only downside is the rather intense and noisy road traffic even at night. The managers are very kind and helpful. It is about 3 kilometers to get to the beach and the bicycles provided make a difference. In about 15 minutes you can reach the free beach with fine sand and you are not forced to take the car. We had a great time, I recommend it.

It is located in a position close to the center and the sea, easily reachable by bike, car, or bus. For those who want to feel free and choose every day where to go, hills or sea or other places. Sauro and Marilena are fantastic!

Absolutely recommended! The Casa Fattorini B&B is very welcoming, clean, and tastefully decorated down to the smallest details. The breakfast is very plentiful; the city center is less than a 10-minute drive away! And if that's not enough, the owners are fantastic, helpful, and welcoming.

The room that hosted us was called Room of Cuddles... it says it all. Elegance and good taste in the structure, cuddles from the managers Sauro and Marilena, breakfasts to lick your mustache and bicycles to reach the sea.

Cuddles in the cuddle room. My husband and I stayed at this delightful B&B that we recommend to all of you with all our hearts. It is a very new structure, furnished with very good taste, extremely clean and with rooms of sweet love, all with special names: the creativity room, the dreams room, the cuddle room (ours) where if you go as a couple you really feel pampered. Thanks to the owners for the availability, discretion, and hospitality they offered us, the homemade sweets are a divine delight. We will definitely return to this corner of paradise and also to Fano, the city of fortune with a beautiful sea and many tourist attractions to visit around (Candelara, Gradara, Urbino, etc).

We are used to staying in bed and breakfasts for our holidays and we can sincerely say that Casa Fattorini B&B is among the best we have visited. Everything went very well, comfortable environment, excellent and plentiful breakfast, tranquility, friendliness, and sympathy of the hosts who made us feel at home. From Sauro and Marilena, we also received welcome and useful tips to make the most of the two days of vacation that we hope to extend on our return to Fano.

Kindness and skill are the professional characteristics of the Fattorini family. But the human characteristics, the availability, the courtesy, are intrinsic in their nature. It's difficult to find such good people who host workers and tourists from all parts of Italy in their bed. If you pass by Fano for a sightseeing tour or for business, book the Bed and Breakfast Fattorini and you will understand that my opinion is well-founded.

Accommodation is Ok and the owners are really helpful and easygoing. The premises are perfect, clean, tidy, with new furnishings and everything looks very good. Well located compared to the city of Fano and the surrounding areas.

Sauro and Marilena Fattorini run for two years now this cute Bed and Breakfast just minutes from the sea. People who visit the B & B are not customers, but people "at home" treated with the utmost care and hospitality. Marilena does not hesitate to make you find a rich breakfast with homemade cakes while Sauro can answer all your questions logistical, areas to visit, how to move towards the sea or towards the hills.
