Excellent managers, family atmosphere, it feels like home!

There was some initial misunderstanding, especially regarding the choice of the booked accommodation (Chalet on the ground floor, useful and pleasant for a family with a small child), different from the one assigned on site (a small room on the first floor). We were told that those who arrived first chose the best solution, even though we had clearly and documentedly booked a different solution not recognized by the managers on the dedicated portal. However, we managed to find a compromise and deal with other difficulties. We were offered the option of staying in a lady's house who ran a B&B on the ground floor, or waiting for an alternative arrangement from the second day. The courtesy of the manager's collaborator, Mr. Nico, was decisive. Breakfast included typical packaged products of a B&B, but was enriched with fresh croissants and hot coffee kindly offered. The furnishings of the room on the first floor could be improved, with very high and uncomfortable steps and a basin in the bathroom that refilled very slowly. Some glass openings allowed light to enter early in the morning, waking us up. The hot water pressure on the first floor was often insufficient. We had two very cold nights that caused issues with the heating, which was activated correctly only the first night. The POS was not available, so they only accepted cash, information communicated only at the time of payment. The parking space in the private parking lot was adequate, with a remote control provided. The location was great for visiting the caves, Alberobello, and other nearby tourist attractions. We noticed that the B&B seemed to be run in an organized and professional manner, despite the manager claiming otherwise for tax reasons. Despite some misunderstandings, we appreciated the overall experience.

An excellent structure really well taken care of in every detail by Antonia and Nicola, decent and attentive people to take care of their clients; moreover, together with my family, we spent unforgettable days feeling 'pampered' by their attentions. Very very abundant breakfast, maximum hygiene, a climate of serenity and peace but above all the daily and particular attention to the cleanliness of the room is used. In short, we really didn't miss anything. A highly recommended place for families, also located in a key area that allows easy planning of a wide tourist itinerary. Thank you Antonia and Nicola, you are fantastic, see you soon!

Great structure, the owners are very kind and extremely helpful.

The location of the property is very good, easy to reach different places to visit. The property is nice, clean and welcoming, with internal parking. Mrs. Antonia who manages the property is very kind and helpful, as well as her husband Nicola, nice to entertain you with pleasant chats especially at breakfast; the latter sweet and supplemented by the excellent fresh fruits collected by Mr. Nicola. The room is a bit small but clean and equipped with an en-suite bathroom. Stayed from 12th to 15th July 2019.

The lady who manages the property is very kind and helpful. Excellent cleanliness and location.\n\nThe location of the property is convenient to reach various places to visit. The breakfast is normal, but brightened by the company of the lady who manages the property. I highly recommend it.

Antonia was a nice and friendly person. She managed to accommodate all our requests. The structure is clean and very comfortable. Worth coming back.

Feeling at home! Not all Bed and Breakfasts welcome you as if you were family. Silence, relaxation, cleanliness and 5-star comfort! A thousand attentions, room cleaning and arrangement every day. Maximum availability and then.. Nicola and Antonia put their heart into this work. We will definitely return and recommend this property to our friends. Great structure. The first thing that struck me was the place and the welcome, then moving on to the truly exceptional cleanliness and for the rest everything very complete, nothing is missing especially the availability of Mrs. Tonia. B&B really functioning. Not to mention the breakfast that never ends and I allow myself to emphasize the quality of the products as obviously everything else. Lastly, if you happen to pass by these parts, I highly recommend stopping even just to meet the wonderful lady.

We arrived at 'La Casetta dei Sogni d'Oro' on 14/07 and are still staying here. What can I say? Fantastic! An oasis of peace and relaxation surrounded by greenery.\n\nThe rooms (two communicating with private bathroom) are welcoming in all seasons with air conditioning and heating, really pleasant furniture, comfortable beds.. In short, a paradise!\nMrs. Antonia and Mr. Nicola are wonderful people, kind and always available to meet any request.\n\nThe breakfast is a pleasure and a 'cuddle'. The people you meet are often guests who regularly return to stay here for years.\n\nCleanliness, courtesy, and education make this B&B a truly unique place near the most beautiful destinations in this fantastic region (Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Bari, the caves of Castellana).\n\nWe come from Veneto but I believe that when we decide to come back to Puglia, we will definitely stay here.. It is our habit when we go to Puglia to stay in this Bed and Breakfast. The place is really nice and cozy, very quiet and clean. The breakfast is excellent. It is strategically located near Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo; not far from Ostuni and Matera. The owners are very kind and helpful.

But is 10 the highest score? I would give this Bed and Breakfast a score of 11 and 12 too! Welcomed as if we had known each other forever, availability, kindness, and sympathy beyond all expectations! Not to mention the structure... beautiful and wonderful our room! Unmatched cleanliness! Abundant breakfast! Another positive point is the strategic location, close to the center and close to the caves! It was truly a beautiful discovery! I recommend it wholeheartedly! We have just returned to Sicily and we already miss the hospitality and cordiality of 'mamma' Tonia and her husband. Being welcomed and pampered as if we were family makes your stay at this Bed and Breakfast enjoyable. As soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by a warmth and cleanliness that immediately satisfied our choice. Abundant breakfast with genuine products. Soundproofed and heated room, all amenities available. Large TV with decoder that allows reception of all TV channels. It will definitely be a destination for a next vacation. Highly recommended.

I stayed here finding the Bed and Breakfast from the mobile app of the website. With my family, we arrived in the evening and the owner of the Bed and Breakfast was wonderfully kind; she even made herself available to come to meet us if we had difficulty reaching the Bed and Breakfast and escorted us to a nearby place where we could eat something. The room was warm and welcoming, very clean, with a very large bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and really good; there was everything and more... we enjoyed ourselves so much that two days later, continuing our tour in Puglia, we called to check availability. Unfortunately, it was already fully booked, but the owner was able to recommend us a great Bed and Breakfast. We were satisfied in every way. I highly recommend staying at this Bed and Breakfast.

I stayed at this splendid place immersed in greenery, Mrs. Antonia and Mr. Nicola treated us like family; the abundant breakfast and if I wanted something special they would prepare it for me. Always super clean rooms, I will definitely return next year. This property deserves a rating of 20.

My family and I stayed only one night in a wooden cottage accommodation, clean and comfortable. The hostess, Mrs. Tonia, was very kind, friendly, and helpful.

Located in an excellent and quiet position, it offers everything you could desire when away from home, including advice and suggestions for a great stay. Highly recommended.
