The house "La Filandra" is a Tuscan-style recently renovated, features vaulted ceilings red brick and stone stairs as our tradition commands. Family run, is situated in a residential street in Bettolle, town of 3500 souls in the heart of Valdichiana Senese, a short walk from town praised worldwide as the Val d 'Orcia, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino..Very close to the main roads communication, especially to 'A1, which is 1 km away.

You will be welcomed by the owners, and then immerse yourself in fabulous places and enjoy the tranquility needed to transport the most of the stress of the hustle and bustle of today.

La Filandra is an excellent holiday home, located in the heart of Tuscany, in the quiet village of Betolle, very well connected by road and next to the highway that leads to Florence. The accommodation in particular seems perfect to us. It is a cozy house that has all the services we need: living room, kitchen, room with a comfortable and large bed, patio and a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and hand soap. It doesn't offer breakfast, but it has a fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness is impeccable. Easy parking. Inside the house, internet doesn't work well, but it doesn't matter. The managers, Ilva and Silius, are more than charming. They recommended places to eat, places to visit, and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The environment is very nice and the owner is helpful. However, there is a flaw: a bit of musty smell, surely due to poorly ventilated spaces.

The structure is very comfortable and clean, furnished in a functional way and suitable for both short and long stays. Our apartment had a equipped kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom, single bedroom, and sofa beds, with a private terrace and parking space below the house. The owners are really kind and friendly and provided us with information about beautiful places nearby. The town is nice for a walk and in the surroundings there are truly wonderful places. I recommend it.

My husband and I have been staying at the B&B for years, what can I say? The location, fantastic, next to the Bettolle highway exit, allows you to visit Arezzo, Siena, Lake Trasimeno, Val d'Orcia, and much more. The B&B is also very close to the historic center of Bettolle and a few minutes by car from Torrita di Siena; there are food consortiums and shopping centers for groceries. We have experienced both apartments: the one on the ground floor has a beautiful garden with an olive tree in the center, the one on the first floor has a lovely balcony, both are well furnished in Tuscan style. The apartments are spotless, and Ilva and Silio are a treasure, truly precious! Finally, to remember an excellent value for money.

We stayed at the property for a short last-minute vacation. A lot of availability from Mrs. Ilva upon arrival and departure. Very nice and clean apartment, located in a strategic position for our visits to the nearby thermal baths of Bagni San Filippo and several villages in the Val d'Orcia. Recommended for those who want to relax.

Ilva and Silio are two fantastic people, very kind, always ready to advise you on places to visit. Clean and comfortable apartment. I recommend everyone to choose this accommodation for their stay because it is a truly strategic point to reach the main destinations in Tuscany. I recommend the butcher shop with the white mustache, in Bettolle.

Excellent base for various trips: in Umbria we visited Bevagna, Montefalco, Spello. In the Siena area we visited Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Torrita, and Radicofani. Then, since Bettolle is the city of Chianina steak, we had delicious steaks made at home, purchased from the butcher with the white mustache, in the square, mmmmmm! We also went to Simone's shop, the son of Silio and Ilva, to buy household products and various items. With a modest cost, we had a truly beautiful little vacation. Highly recommended.

We found ourselves booking at the last minute for a weekend in high season, and Silio and Ilva went out of their way to find us an ideal solution. Once we arrived, they welcomed us like old friends and made us feel at home. Not only are they sunny and friendly people, but they also made themselves available to meet every one of our travel needs. The apartment was well beyond our expectations, elegant and spacious, and the location was excellent. We will definitely return to visit them. In the meantime, we highly recommend the structure.

The apartment is very nice, it has large and clean rooms, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen is provided with everything needed. Worth mentioning is a small terrace where a beautiful olive tree is planted. It is one kilometer from the motorway, in a strategic position to visit Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Pienza, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, etc. and in the center of Bettolle. Excellent value for money. I was there with my wife on the occasion of the birthday and we had a great time. A greeting to the very nice owners.

Charming apartment with a small garden, in a quiet location, equipped with everything necessary for cooking and resting at the end of busy days. The owner is very nice and helpful. It is located in a truly strategic position just one kilometer from the A1 motorway and the expressways to Siena, Arezzo, and Perugia. It is at the center of a vast area of tourist attractions in Tuscany and Umbria. My wife and I stayed there during the low season, attracted not only by the strategic location but also by the exceptional quality/price ratio. For shopping lovers, it is worth mentioning that it is close to the Foiano della Chiana outlet. We highly recommend it.
