Salve, la ringrazio e sono spiacente per la valutazione per il servizio colazione,perché le abbiamo offerto ciò che é al di fuori della colazione tipica italiana : prosciutto, formaggio e uova sode,ogni giorno,oltre a tisane, succo,acqua ,burrini, pane ,yogurt,latte, caffè, che mettiamo sempre a disposizione dei nostri ospiti. The structure is excellent, located just outside Matera, but reachable in only 2-3 minutes by car. The managers are helpful and friendly. The structure is very well maintained, with excellent cleanliness and location. We had a great time and, if I were to return to those parts, I would rent it again.

The property is only a 5-minute drive from the center of Matera. The owners are welcoming and suggest great places to eat and things to do. The cleaning ladies do an impeccable job, everything is always tidy and clean. The breakfast is basic, but since there were 4 of us, we always found 2 croissants, maybe because the guests before us were too greedy. There should be better control and restocking so that everyone can have the same breakfast. The bunk bed mattresses were very hard and need to be replaced. Everything else was ok.

The welcome was cordial. A few kilometers from the center of Matera. Clean environment. To keep in mind for a next appointment with Matera.

We stayed for 2 nights. Spacious and clean room as well as the bathroom (no window, but discomfort is subjective), quiet. Kind and welcoming manager. Convenient private parking. Breakfast a bit 'do it yourself' that could be improved at least with something more to offer to guests. Manager did not request a deposit as down payment (incorrect IBAN on the website), but called us indicating that there was only the possibility of paying in cash (nowadays much more convenient payment with card).

Buongiorno, la nostra colazione é composta da: caffè, latte,yogurt, burrini, succo ,acqua, sempre a disposizione in frigo,per gli ospiti. Al mattino, sulla consolle ci sono fette biscottate, pane,nutelline, marmellatine e cornetti caldi. Il pagamento può essere effettuato direttamente in struttura, in cash,perché non abbiamo il poss, o tramite bonifico bancario, anche istantaneo. Grazie Margherita
