Come and visit this B&B if you want to spend a quiet holiday in the open but a step away from Trieste and all its wonders. Particolarmete We are attentive to the needs of families with young children.

The structure is obviously also suitable for couples and business travelers.

You will be completely autonomous, the B&B is independent from the main house and has a bathroom and a kitchenette.

We spent really very nice days at the B&B Rosandra. The space, renovated with taste and attention, creates a beautiful atmosphere. The precious availability and kindness of Greta, Margherita, and family added an important note of familiarity, thus avoiding the anonymity of vacation homes. They were attentive to our needs. They also accommodated our last-minute request to add a guest. The Val Rosandra is beautiful to explore and deserves multi-day visits to be discovered.

Excellent reception, quiet area practically close to Val Rosandra and a few minutes by car from the center of Trieste. The two kittens (Mara and Meo) are great company and their vitality is contagious. A tip in case a disabled person is interested in staying at the Rosandra property: contact the owners in advance to explain the issue.

We were greeted very well. We needed to rest and it was a wonderful place. The people were very friendly, the place was beautiful and peaceful, the room spacious and tastefully furnished. We decided to give up the visit to Trieste because of the heat, which would have been too much for us elderly. Fortunately, we will have another opportunity to visit. Everything went very well.

We had a really good time at this B&B! Excellent welcome from the owners and the super kitten Nemo! The renovated barn is spacious, cozy, excellently maintained with the second bed on the truly unique wooden loft! Excellent breakfast with bread and jams, elderberry juice, yogurt, milk, and coffee! Enchanting location, right at the beginning of Val Rosandra, tranquil atmosphere, full of peace and relaxing. Near the stream and immersed in nature. Not far from Trieste and the Karst, reachable in 10-15 minutes! We will come back to visit you!

We had a very pleasant short break at the B&B Rosandra. It is very welcoming and well-kept. The hosts, Michele and his beautiful family, are very kind and helpful. It is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by greenery. In the evening, you can only hear the crickets and the rustle of the breeze coming down from the valley. From there, you can quickly reach the heart of Val Rosandra with wonderful views and glimpses. Ideal for those seeking tranquility and wanting to discover a territory, perhaps less known, but rich and fascinating.

Excellent facility in a perfect location for excursions in Val Rosandra, being at the entrance of it, but also to visit Trieste, just 15 minutes by car. Beautifully renovated apartment converted from a barn, very clean and welcoming, with the peculiarity of not having a TV, which is unnecessary in stays of this kind, better to explore than laze in front of it. If I were to come back to the area, a definite landing point!

We had a great time. The structure and hospitality were truly excellent. The B&B is located in a strategic position for those who want to combine excursions and outdoor life, but also visit Trieste and its surroundings. Without taking the car, it can also be reached by bus. The B&B is well taken care of in every detail and the owners are really nice. Thank you.

Annalisa and Michele are fabulous. Their children are even more so. The B&B is wonderful, warm, welcoming, almost a second home that my children did not have a hard time adopting. The location is optimal: at the beginning of the Val Rosandra, a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful trails in the Trieste Karst.

Hey, I'm Michele

We are Annalisa and Michele, as you can see we have 4 children (yummy and very silent: -). There is also a cat, Teo, who always sleeps. We live in Val Rosandra now for 9 years and we have recently renovated the house. From the old barn, with great effort, we have obtained this bed and breakfast that we're very proud of and that seems to be a little treasure to be shared with others. This is a special place and guests are treated like special people!

Area

We are in the Natural Park of Val Rosandra, a microcosm unique flora and fauna landscape, rich for hikers and nature lovers. Piazza Unità d'Italy, the heart of Trieste, is just 12 minutes away by car.
The highway's exit is just 2 minutes away, the airport of Ronchi to 30. The area is served by buses that connect directly to the train station.
The B & B is just a short distance from the bike path that goes up from the center of Trieste in Slovenia.
The stay in our B & B can also be a stop before reaching the tourist destinations of Slovenia and Croatia.
