The welcome of the Super Owner, through the phone with two steps I enter the structure intuitive the keychain for access to the room well done cozy it feels like home, the structure is also located at a strategic point, very quiet area, I recommend young couples and families.

The stay was pleasant and the owner of the property very friendly and helpful. However, I would like to point out that we had problems with the reservation: the credit card payment, used as a method during the online booking and indicated as "payment made" by the emails received to confirm the reservation, actually never occurred. So, when we arrived at the property, we found that our reservation was not confirmed to the manager. After a phone clarification, and after confirming that fortunately there were still available rooms, we solved by paying in cash at the time of entry to the property, as the manager did not accept cards or ATMs. I report this because I have often rented properties online for holidays or short stays and this is the first time I have had a problem of this kind.

Very kind and friendly owner. However, the apartment needs a lot of improvement in terms of cleanliness in all areas. Very poor breakfast.

Andrea ci è molto dispiaciuto del tuo appunto sulla pulizia a cui teniamo in modo particolare, qualsiasi cosa avresti potuto considerato il rapporto di cordialità comunicarci di persona la tua contestazione..così come volevo sottolineare che ti abbiamo dato 2 camere perché eravate in 4 pur avendone prenotata una soltanto. In ogni caso grazie di tutto e sappi che sarai sempre un ns. gradito ospite.

Clean place, very abundant breakfast. Good location, 10 minutes walk from the Pugliese hospital. The only downside, even if reported: shared bathroom with guests from the room next to yours. If you are unlucky and you get dirty neighbors, you are ruined.

Very kind manager, functional structure, clean, spacious, and cute rooms. Good TV and Wi-Fi, located not in the center but only 2.5 km away. Breakfast more than sufficiently adequate. Excellent price.

We stayed at the B&B L'Attico for only one night, however, we were able to appreciate the cleanliness and order of the environment. Mr. Edoardo, the accommodation manager, is a person worth knowing, endowed with a healthy and warm sympathy. Very good value for money. We will definitely return if the opportunity arises.

2 nights at B&B L'Attico, the radiators were on from half past five to midnight, but there was no heat in the morning, which is a bit insufficient for winter, let alone for taking a shower. Breakfast all packaged, in other B&Bs everything was fresh and there was always someone preparing it, a shame we chose this to save 5 euros per person. During the night the light shone in our room, they always left the corridor light on, I had to get up twice to turn it off. The gentleman who welcomed us was very kind and welcoming, please check the coffee machine as it makes a noise like a tractor.

I stayed at this facility for 20 days, I had an excellent welcome, the owner took into account all my needs and for this I thank him. The situation was peaceful and welcoming, excellent cleanliness and abundant breakfast. The structure has an optimal location, close to the center, hospitals, the courthouse, and everything else. I highly recommend it. Margherita Cinti.
