Description
Our cool and comfortable flat is centrally located.. perfect for those who want to enjoy the city, for those who are passing through for work but also for those who want to easily reach Venice.

The Space
The apartment is located in an historical building where we have just finish the restorations so everything is new. The room is big, bright and comfortable, usually you will find a double bed,but, if necessary, we can also install an additional single bed. In the summer season you can also enjoy the roof terrace.

Each room is provided with a private bathroom and you can use the kitchen where every morning you will find a hearty breakfast.

Excellent! A great place to stay in the center of Treviso. Very friendly and great service from the owner to keep luggage in the room, be available for questions all the time. Very clean and well-equipped kitchen.

Lovely flat but very dark and we couldn't open the curtains as there was an office opposite with men working. We didn't expect 4 flights of stairs to the 1st floor flat. Everything in the flat looked fairly new, but could do with somewhere comfortable to sit.

Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Very central. Our host (Elia?) gave us a lift to the airport when we were leaving. Highly recommended.

An excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk from the piazza del signori and 10 from the station. Comfortable apartment with all the services, kitchen, very comfortable bed and bathroom with a good shower. Elia very attentive to whatever is needed. They do not serve breakfast as it is a separate apartment, but you have a kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker, and a table to have breakfast there, although in the vicinity you have several options.

Excellent location in the very center of Treviso. The apartment is very clean, new, and spacious, equipped with all the comforts. The owners are available and caring. I would only suggest, not as a criticism, but as advice to improve the welcome, to place stools in the bedroom to rest the luggage. In the kitchen, washable plastic placemats to put on the table for eating. And, since there is space, to place a desk with a computer workstation for those who come for work.

First experience in a Bed & Breakfast. I stayed for two nights at Rialto 13, an excellent location in the city center and very close to the train station, which can be reached on foot in a short time. Very comfortable apartment, well furnished with a kitchenette, everything impeccable. I felt at home. Elia welcomed us with extreme kindness, recommended even for demanding people. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Nearby, on Cadorna Street, there is a small restaurant-pizzeria, excellent cuisine and fish dishes. To recommend.

All beautiful and perfect, it felt like being at home. Clean and comfortable large and well-furnished rooms. The only thing is to ask Elia well to specify the address before arriving. The B&B where we were has the bus stop No. 6 that you take at the airport exit and with only € 1.30 it takes you right under the B&B in Via Dall'Oro. Elia is kind and helpful. Go eat at Ca de Oro, it's right in the street behind the B&B, you eat well and at lunch you spend little if you follow the menu of the day.

The managers are very friendly and helpful. They even offered to take me to the airport. The price of the B&B is low compared to the cleanliness, originality, and attention to detail in the structure. Very central area, when I went out in the evening I found myself immersed in the life of Treviso and I fell in love with it. They are truly two guys who love what they do. I highly recommend it.

Area Centro

The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe during all the day and night and you can find everything you need... the supermarket, shops, restaurants, nightlife.

Getting around
The bus station and the train sation can be reached by walking in two minutes.
The position of the flat is perfect even for those who arrive by plane or if you have to move both to the airport Canova (TV) or Marco Polo (Venice) because the shuttle bus leave from the train station.
If you want to visit Venice there are trains every 30 minutes (cost € 2.85) and you can reach Venice S. Lucia in half an hour. Do not forget that also the center of Treviso is beautiful and you can visit it on foot or by bicycle.
