Description
Veneziacentopercento offers different solutions for individuals, couples or small groups: accomodation in apartments, with 1 or 2 bedrooms (up to 6 beds) or private rooms.

The apartments, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, can host from 1 to 6 people.

Guests, on request, can have twin or double beds. Additional bed also available (double room – triple use).

Bed linen, towels, hair dryer and wi-fi included. Baby cot on request.

The rooms offers cozy private rooms with shared bathroom. Upon request in some rooms guests can have an Italian breakfast with fresh fruits, yogurt, biscuits, cookies, jams, honey and other sweets, coffee and hot drinks.

Our facilities are entirely non-smoking.

All the apartments and the rooms are located in Castello district, near the famous Via Garibaldi - full of shops, bars, restaurants, groceries, bakery, chemist - and walking distance to St Mark's Square (only 15 minutes) Arsenale, Biennale (art & architecture exhibition) and Giardini-Sant'Elena, the green heart of Venice.

Close to the waterbus stops 'Giardini - Biennalè and 'Arsenalè, all the properties are in a strategic position to easly reach anywhere in the city or the islands of the Lagoon, like Murano, Burano and also the Lido, the seashore of Venice, where every year take place the renowned Venice Film Festival.

There is also a direct connection with the airport VCE Marco Polo.

Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- A one-time additional cost of 35 € for final cleaning

La struttura è ottima nella posizione, confortevole e il personale è gentile ed efficiente. Manca una TV e nell'annuncio sul sito, nel prezzo, non è segnato il prezzo della pulizia della camera che avviene alla fine, dopo che hai prenotato.

Il prezzo della pulizia finale lo può vedere solo alla fine perchè il sito è organizzato in questo modo e purtroppo non siamo in grado di inserirlo come negli altri portali. Per scelta, nessuna delle nostre strutture è provvista di televisione come può vedere negli annunci. Speriamo che abbia comunque passato un ottimo soggiorno con noi ed a Venezia e speriamo di poterla ospitare nuovamente!

Positive aspects. 1) They gave us a better room than the one we booked (for their convenience), which was appreciated. 2) The structure has a shared kitchen, very useful for a relaxing evening without always having to go to a restaurant. Negative aspects. 1) The apartment is in a rather secluded location. 2) Sterile welcome. Personally, I prefer a more familiar and personalized welcome, one that strives to excite you, rather than just dealing with the management for arrival procedures. 3) Considering everything (location, welcome, shared spaces), the price is definitely excessive, especially to justify the extra 80 euros requested for room cleaning. I leave Venice with the impression that there is too much focus on profit here, with b&b prices (for the same service) even 3 times higher than other destinations.

Gestori deliziosi e molto disponibili, appartamento situato vicinissimo a tutto ciò che occorre (supermercato, farmacia, bar, fermata del vaporetto) e fornita di comfort quali microonde e condizionatore. Zona tranquilla e priva di rumori notturni. Soggiornerei sicuramente qui in un prossimo viaggio a Venezia.

La struttura si trova in posizione ideale per chi partecipa a qualunque titolo alla biennale di Venezia. La posizione arretrata rispetto alla via principale della zona (via Garibaldi) dove si trovano ufficio delle poste, farmacie, supermercato e ogni sorta di negozio oltre che ampia scelta di bar e ristoranti, la conserva tranquilla e silenziosa. I giardini sono a pochi passi come la fermata dei vaporetti e la calca del centro ad un quarto d'ora a piedi. La procedura di pagamento semplice ed efficiente si completa in ufficio senza intoppi e in modo trasparente. I gestori sono cortesissimi e accoglienti nonché disponibili a far fronte alle esigenze dei clienti. Purtroppo si sono rivelati impotenti contro l'afa di luglio.

Zona tranquilla di Venezia che riesce, in parte, a salvarsi dal turismo caotico del centro e ti permette di godere del silenzio dell'assenza di auto mentre cammini tra ponti e canali non ingolfati dalla folla.

Ottima posizione per girare il centro storico di Venezia a piedi. Coop sotto casa non tanto conveniente. Ottima pulizia solo il bagno un po' troppo piccolo ma ci si può adattare.

Per un breve pernottamento ci siamo trovati molto bene: L'aria condizionata ha permesso una nottata molto tranquilla; il bagno condiviso era vicino alla stanza e pulito; il letto molto comodo; comodo anche quello aggiunto per la nostra bambina. I prezzi di Venezia sono alti, ma almeno qui ci siamo trovati bene.
