B&B very clean with a nice setting. The host is very attentive and helpful! He thinks of everything - has umbrellas, sunbeds, and bikes for rent. What I liked the most: He asked us what we like for breakfast, and the next morning, it was all there! Thank you for this pleasant stay - we enjoyed it very much!

The best B&B to visit Cagliari, and the beautiful beach Poetto (30 seconds from the B&B by feet!). Many great restaurants in the area, the bus stops just in front of the B&B, and it takes only 15 minutes to arrive to the center of Cagliari where the big stores and historical sites to visit. The host gives the best advices to optimize the stay, and enjoy all the activities in Poetto and Cagliari. We felt like home, very comfortable rooms, we will come back for sure. Thank you so much Giorgio for the wonderful memories we took with us.

Very good welcome from Giorgio, the owner of the B&Beach who was attentive throughout our stay and gave us the best tips: places to visit at all costs, advice on how to get to the places we wanted, and great restaurants! A clean, luxurious room (air conditioning, television, toiletries provided) cleaned every day, worthy of a very good 4-star hotel! Very much appreciated small touches like a very varied breakfast to satisfy everyone with typically Italian pastries. The B&Beach is very well located: bus stop in front of the B&B, 20 minutes by bus from the city center of Cagliari and on the best side of Poetto beach (near the marina and surrounded by many small restaurants).\n\nIn summary, I recommend the B&Beach 100%. Thank you Giorgio for your attention and all your advice. We had a very good stay and we will not hesitate to come back (to visit even more places and things) or to recommend you to our loved ones.\n\nEstelle and Sophie.

Cozy and clean facility. Smart room with everything you need. Spacious shower. The rooms are cleaned every day. Great location, a stone's throw from the promenade and Poetto beach as well as from the bus stop that takes you to the center and Cagliari station. The manager Giorgio is truly kind and helpful, he will answer all your questions and if possible will solve any problems you may have. Good breakfast, we requested the Italian one. Served in the garden. I would come back.

The structure is very nice with modern furnishings and is located in a strategic position, very close to the sea but also to the bus stop for those who want to move around. The room is clean but not very bright. For breakfast there is a good choice between sweet and savory. The owner is very nice and helpful. I had a great time.

Giorgio welcomes us, a professional and kind manager, generous both in hospitality and in providing all the necessary information to enjoy the place and the city to the fullest. The structure is very welcoming and in a unique location. The quality/price ratio is truly hard to find. The B&Beach Guest House is located by the sea, truly splendid; it is also very easy to reach the historic center and shopping streets, or the airport, since public transportation is efficient and frequent, and the stop is a few steps from the entrance of the structure itself. A place that has remained in my heart, and where it's worth coming back!

Modern and elegant structure located a minute's walk from Poetto beach; all services available nearby. The friendliness and expertise of the manager of the structure, Mr. Giorgio, are the added value, along with the cleanliness and tranquility of the rooms. The structure has been completely renovated with sobriety and good taste. The manager is kind and very helpful with every request regarding the stay but also very competent and knowledgeable in providing valuable advice on the points of interest of the entire Sardinia. The structure is strategically located near the marina piccola and the promenade. The only flaw is that it does not have a sea view and overlooks a rather busy street. In return, you can enjoy a great view of the natural park of the salt flats and the flamingos as well as beautiful sunsets. In short, a place where you feel welcomed by a person who opens the doors of their own home to you and where you gladly return.
