Description
“Baita de Eliseo” B&B is located in the heart of the Alps and the Stelvio National Park, just 2 km from Bormio Spa with its ancient thermal springs and famous ski slopes. During summertime it is the perfect starting point for spectacular walks or bike rides along the myriad mountain trails that surround it, or indeed, for the brave, tackling the renowned mountain passes of the epic Giro d’Italia (Mortirolo, Stelvio, Gavia...).

The room is situated on the ground floor with its own entrance, accessed from the garden that surrounds the house. The room has a double bed, a sofa bed and a fully-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and TV. The spacious bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and toilet. Heating is controlled locally.

An ‘À la carte’ breakfast is served in the room however early or late in order to allow plenty of time for a good sleep or an early start.

We offer a wide selection of fresh products - milk, tea, herbal teas, coffee, malt drinks, honey, jams, homemade cakes, rusks, fruit juices, butter, cereals, yoghurts and more.

Very hospitable. They were very gracious to us as we arrived at 2300 hrs due to having to drive from the top of the Stelvio Pass back around because the Stelvio Pass was closed to Bormio. Loved the room and the space with the kitchenette and having breakfast whenever we wanted. Gorgeous views from the table and chairs! Nice and clean.

Thank you for letting us stay in that beautiful house in that spectacular surroundings. The people were very friendly and hospitable. It is a shame that we didn't speak Italian and that they only spoke a little English. We could just tell each other the necessities. We couldn't get to know each other better.\n\nHighly recommended. My friend and I used this family-run B&B as a base for cycling in the Alps. We arrived late at night and the accommodation was ready & waiting for us, and the owner also came to greet us and ensure we were all okay.\n\nThe whole family was warm & friendly to us and were always available to answer any questions or queries, while providing valuable local knowledge.\n\nOur accommodation was very flexible and certainly catered to the needs of people like us, as it had a small kitchen area including a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine & dishwasher. The shower always had plenty of hot water and the facilities were very clean & homely.\n\nThe owners were very conscious of making our stay as enjoyable as possible and they catered to all our needs while remaining discreet.\n\nEvery day they gave us a tray of freshly made cakes & in the morning fresh bread rolls were delivered along with a plate of cheese & cold meats. The fridge was stocked daily with milk, yogurts along with coffee bags, etc.\n\nWe had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this lovely B&B.\nDavid and Bob (Wales).

We chose this property for its proximity to Bormio (5 minutes by car) and for the spaces: a large room with a kitchenette and a complete bathroom (window, bidet and comfortable shower). It is therefore a small apartment, but with breakfast service included (you will find everything you need in the fridge and on the table, then you organize yourself, being able to freely choose the time to eat and if you like something that is not there, just ask and if possible, it will be provided!). Outside there is a convenient parking area (also covered for motorcycles) and a common relaxation area from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, the location of Levissima nearby is not intrusive as noise or disturbance to the mountain view. We really enjoyed it and will keep this property in mind if we return to the high valley.

Excellent everything is top-notch and deserves to come back, even for the picky ones it is impossible to find anything out of place, especially for a motorcyclist like me having a covered parking for the motorcycle is safe and is the best.

Great place, very clean and owners very helpful. The only thing I do not agree with is charging an additional amount if the kitchen is used. Apart from this, I would say highly recommended. We stayed in 3 (2 adults and 1 10-year-old girl) for 2 nights at 100 € per night.

I was there with my boyfriend last weekend to go to the Bormio thermal baths. Beautiful family-run place. Very close to the center and the baths. Mrs. Elena and her husband are very friendly and kind, they made us feel at home. Too bad we only stayed there for one night. If I happen to return to Bormio, I will definitely come back here.

I found the B&B Baita de Eliseo on the web during the search for a room near Bormio. The owners were extremely kind from the booking, and they showed great attention and cordiality, even though our stay was very short. The B&B consists of several mini-apartments (studio and one-bedroom apartments) equipped with everything necessary, and everything needed to make breakfast privately is brought to them (delicious cakes, milk, coffee, tea, cocoa, juices, biscuits, cereals, jams, etc.), thus ensuring greater convenience for those who want to be independent in the morning. In my opinion, considering the type of structure and the location (which is suitable for both early wake-ups for skiing and late wake-ups after the thermal baths), it is a very successful choice. Considering also the absolutely reasonable price, I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend one or more days in Bormio.

The basement apartment is beautiful, with a stove, large bathroom, bed, and a complete kitchen. Breakfast is in the fridge and both a microwave and coffee machine are available. In the morning, there are homemade cakes, left the day before for the next day. However, very good. The location is convenient, close to the junction for Bormio, elevated compared to the town and in a quiet area. Two minutes by car and you arrive in the center. Remember to mention the B&B Baita de Eliseo when you go to the thermal baths, so you will be entitled to a 5 euro discount. Remember to ask for the payment receipt. Kind and helpful managers. Definitely a place we will have fond memories of.

Beautiful B&B in a panoramic and quiet location on the mountains above Bormio. The slopes and the spas are reachable in 10-15 minutes. Our room included the sleeping area and the kitchen area (including dishes, pots, coffee machine), it was very spacious. Breakfast in the room is a plus that makes you feel at home! By the way, abundant breakfast and excellent, genuine and quality cakes! Friendly owners willing to explain the beauties and restaurants of the area. Very well-kept and welcoming structure, excellent value for money, very kind and helpful managers. Our apartment was very spacious. A few km from Bormio, free parking. Not very easy to find with the navigator. Call the lady.

Very nice and modern structure. It's not just rooms, but complete mini-apartments. Parking available, managers present in the same building and very helpful. It is a 2-minute drive from the center of Bormio. Unbeatable value for money, absolutely recommended!

We were greeted very warmly by the owner, who immediately showed us the room and recommended where we could go to eat in the evening. We stayed at this property for two days and we had a great time. The whole family and Elena welcomed us with extreme kindness and availability. Clean, comfortable, and warm apartment. The location is also convenient for easy access. We recommend it.

We stayed for 1 week in this property, what can I say, everything was perfect! Spacious and clean studio, also equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Abundant breakfast and especially delicious homemade cakes! Convenient to reach both the center of Bormio and the slopes. Can't wait to come back!

I stayed for a weekend at the B&B Baita de Eliseo with my boyfriend, and what can I say? Wonderful, from start to finish. The owners Elena and Angela are two exquisite persons, available for anything, the house (because we stayed in a real apartment) is truly charming, with a beautiful view and very clean, abundant breakfast with homemade cakes every day, in short, no negative detail even if you wanted to find one, just the regret for not being able to stay longer. I hope to be able to return soon!

I stayed only one night but I had a divine experience. The managers are always available and very kind, I highly recommend it to all those looking for a B&B near Bormio, also because the distance from the center of the Valtellina town is only 5 minutes by car.

A beautiful weekend spent with my wife at B&B Baita de Eliseo, the room equipped with a kitchen and internal services is a true studio where you can manage your day without time constraints. Kindness, hospitality, availability, and friendliness! It was very nice to stay in this well-kept structure, in perfect mountain style. With the fresh snow then, a spectacle. The owners were very helpful and smiling: this made us happy. The little apartment was clean and in very good condition. Convenient location close to Bormio. If we were to come back to that area, we would return! Slow down.

Everything perfect, from the welcome to the breakfast. Room with kitchen and the possibility to prepare breakfast by yourself, but also to enjoy it during other moments of the evening. Fresh cakes and homemade jams, various teas available, juice and fresh milk. Excellent cleanliness, great bathroom and, not to be underestimated, Wooden shutters on the windows.
