After difficulties in finding the location, the hostess greeted me very friendly. The room was spacious, very clean and even had a kitchenette. Breakfast, the Italian way, was good, the American coffee nice and strong. The host was very friendly. Finally, I could pay by card.

Excellent location in a strategic position to visit the adjacent places (Assisi, Gubbio, Spello etc.). The lady is really friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the first minute, highly recommended.

Gianluca and Elisabetta are really kind and helpful people. They offer a rich breakfast. The structure is very clean and surrounded by greenery, very close to the Basilica of San Francesco. I stayed with my wife from April 3rd to April 7th, 2019. Highly recommended for those who seek serenity, tranquility, and kindness.

Gianluca and Elisabetta are two hosts who are truly kind and helpful, as rarely found nowadays. The property is very clean and surrounded by greenery, ideal for a few days of relaxation. Very close to the Basilica of San Francesco, which can be seen from the property. Compliments.

We had a very good time in this family-run property where the guest is not only treated well, but also feels welcomed and almost pampered. I think we will return when we pass by Assisi again.

Besides the structure, welcoming, well-located, and comfortable, there are the managers who are kind people and dedicated more to a mission than to a business. Welcoming people who are looking for the footsteps of Saint Francis.

Excellent structure, close to Assisi. Very friendly and attentive managers to the needs of the guests. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Maximum independence. Definitely recommended for those looking for a relaxing stay.
