Comfortable apartment, very nice, clean and very close to both the sports hall, our destination, and also close to the sea, shops, trattorias, restaurants and pubs. In short, excellent. We will definitely return. Friendly and helpful manager. You feel at home.

Daniele, the manager, was very kind, friendly, and available for any needs. The B&B met expectations, especially for my wife, who is very demanding when it comes to cleanliness in the rooms. The homemade tarts made by his mother were delicious, and the cappuccino was exquisite and foamy just as I like it. Thank you for everything.

Great experience, the property is conveniently located for both the city center of Pescara and the beach, easily accessible. New, very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need, very comfortable bed with memory foam pillows and mattresses. The manager is a helpful, friendly, and kind person. I definitely recommend it.

Very well-kept B&B, well-furnished and very clean. Daniele, the owner, is an exquisite person, very kind and extremely helpful. He gave us excellent indications on what to visit. The B&B's location is in a quiet but strategic area, a stone's throw from the sea and close to the main road that takes you to any area of Abruzzo you want to visit. We were on a motorcycle and could park in the closed courtyard, which is not trivial! Highly recommended and if I return to Abruzzo, I will certainly stay here.

The room was very clean with comfortable beds and a coffee machine. Accurate and dedicated breakfast service. Bicycles available for guests.

New and well-maintained structure just a few minutes walk from the beach. Quiet area. The owner is a fantastic person, helpful and guides you on how to make the most of your vacation with advice on places and locations. The bikes available for guests are also excellent. Breakfast with local products and homemade desserts.

B&B Le City is a truly beautiful, well-kept, and clean property. It is located in an easily accessible area, close to the promenade and in a strategic position to reach both the center of Montesilvano and Pescara. Daniele, the manager, was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful in any situation: he took care to advise us on how to move around, provided bicycles to make our transportation easier, and was available at any time for anything we needed. We felt truly welcomed, like at home. And if we were to be in that area again, we will definitely come back to visit. It is a highly recommended property!

The place is well cared for down to the smallest details, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with every comfort even for long stays. The location is great. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious: ranging from homemade cakes and cupcakes by Daniele's mother, to croissants specially bought at the bakery, to stuffed focaccias. If there had been a score higher than 10, I would have given it. Daniele is a friendly and kind guy, I can't wait to return! Thank you.

Excellent value for money. The room is brand new with particular attention to detail. The manager is very kind and extremely helpful. With a short walk, you are by the sea and there are several restaurants, a pharmacy, and various shops just a few steps from the property.

Brand new and detailed structure. It has rooms with and without kitchen, plus a very nice ground floor apartment. Daniele, the owner, is very attentive, kind and helpful; he also provides bikes for guests (including child seats) free of charge, and considering the convenient bike path, they are really useful. The B&B is located on the border with Pescara, so in the evening the seafront is very lively and full of small restaurants right on the sea. I highly recommend it to everyone, couples with children and without, as it offers accommodations for all needs.

We stayed here for the first time with our five-month-old baby; the facility is brand new and very clean, above any other standard. Breakfast room well stocked, nothing was missing. Property a few steps from the sea and at the same time away from city traffic. Internal parking in the courtyard with automatic gate. If you are in the Montesilvano area, do not hesitate to choose B&B Le City for your stay.

We stayed at the B&B Le City for one night passing through Pescara. The photos had already excited us but upon arrival we were amazed by the cleanliness, the furnishing of the rooms, cared for in every detail but above all by the availability, kindness, and cordiality of Daniele, the owner of the property who showed us the apartment (which by the way is very spacious and functional) and the abundant breakfast that left us breathless both for the great variety and for the goodness (especially the homemade lemon tart, a real delicacy). He also gave us directions on how to move around and where to eat in Pescara and made himself available for any possible problems: truly unique. In terms of value for money, it is excellent and I highly recommend it for a stay in a familiar and welcoming environment, rare to find these days.

Passing by on the way back from Puglia, we stopped for a day. Excellent experience. Very well-kept and clean environment. The little apartment is very nice, as is the shared kitchen area, where everything (sweet, savory, homemade or packaged, drinks, coffee, juices, fruits, etc.) is available not only for breakfast but throughout the day. The owner is extremely kind. Excellent value for money. Experience absolutely to be repeated and recommended.
