Excellent structure on the canal port of Porto Garibaldi, very nice room of adequate size for short stays, breakfast for all tastes. Complex with a very well-kept large garden. Very helpful and friendly young owner. I recommend it.

I start the comment with the manager, Alberto, courteous, caring, helpful, generous with suggestions on beaches, restaurants, and places to visit and always ready to fulfill every request. The Villa Bellini Room and Breakfast is splendid, immersed in greenery, a stone's throw from the sea, and priceless was having breakfast in the gazebo in the park. Passion room spacious, clean, with a large bathroom. You really can't expect more. Highly recommended.

Elegant structure immersed in the greenery of a beautiful park a stone's throw from the canal port of Porto Garibaldi and therefore from the ferry that goes to Lido degli Estensi, and not far from the bathing establishments. Very convenient the availability of a large number of bicycles for the guests. The room where I stayed was tastefully furnished, very functional, and with a very large bathroom. Very pleasant breakfast served in a gazebo in the villa's park. The manager of the property is very young and helpful.

Beautiful villa with a lovely garden just a few hundred meters from the seafront. Brand new room with a stunning bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The young owner was extremely kind and helpful, providing us with bicycles that allowed us to take a nice ride towards Comacchio passing through the salt pans of Comacchio. Truly a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect.
