Very nice and spacious apartment, about 20/25 minutes walk from the 'Le Due Arcate'. The manager is very kind and discreet, always attentive to meet every request. Truly a great experience.

Le Due Arcate is a guarantee. We had a great time thanks to the welcome of Mr. Antonio and to the comfort, cleanliness, and location of the property, which is not close to the Sassi, but in an area served by all necessary services. Congratulations.

The house is beautiful, on two floors. New, renovated. Two bathrooms, one double bed, 2 singles and a sofa. Living area with kitchen and table. All very comfortable. I don't give a 10 to the structure just because it is 15/20 minutes walk from the center (feasible and pleasant to reach it with a walk), but for the rest... all splendid, including the manager.

The apartment is well maintained and clean, just a bit far from the center (15 minutes on foot). You can easily park in front or nearby.

I believe the price-quality ratio is excellent. Slightly off-center, it's a 15-minute walk from the historic center and the 'sassi'. The apartment is perfect, super clean, with all the comforts including Wi-Fi. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the city without spending excessive amounts and if you don't expect to sleep inside the 'sassi'.

After contacting the facility, I was contacted by the owner by phone and we had confirmed the reservation, receiving reassurances from the owner that he would block the facility for us. The day before check-in, I contact him to let him know what time we would arrive and we find out that the gentleman had given the facility to another family who would stay for several days, leaving us without a place to sleep less than 24 hours before our arrival in Matera, ruining an entire evening spent looking for another place. A very unprofessional behavior that could have ruined our entire vacation. Terrible.

Excellent structure located in the outskirts. Ground floor with kitchen, living room, and bathroom with shower. In the upper loft there is the bed and a second smaller bathroom also with shower. TV available on both floors, air conditioning and WiFi. Recommended.

Beautiful apartment, the alley is a bit narrow, but well sheltered from the street, very quiet. Great potential for exploitation (we were 7), very clean and well stocked even though we only stayed for one night. The owner was extremely helpful and very kind, also on the table many informative brochures about the area and activities. We had a really great time, highly recommend.

Cozy structure with new furniture. Ideal and spacious even for two families. 1.2 km from the center of Matera. Mr. Antonio is very kind and available to provide any kind of information and to welcome our requests (for example, an addition to breakfast, already abundant) and to restore the Wi-Fi that had disconnected. Highly recommended!

I spent three days with my husband and my two children in this property and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Mr. Antonio was extremely helpful and the holiday home was perfect and very well-maintained. My kids loved it, and they still talk about it. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at Le Due Arcate during the first weekend of September with my family (two children). The structure is practically new, very clean, well cared for, and original. Available fruits, water, milk, coffee, and breakfast items. The owner, Mr. Antonio, is extremely helpful, punctual, and very kind. The structure is not exactly in the Sassi area but a 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. No parking problems either near the structure or in the city area, I followed Mr. Antonio's advice. It deserves!
