Precisiamo che nella nostra struttura il bagno in comune è previsto solo per famiglie o gruppi di amici: per nostra scelta non accettiamo prenotazione di entrambe le camere con bagno comune da persone estranee, preferiamo lasciare una camera libera (non prenotabile) come è stato nel vostro caso. The structure, new and welcoming, offers everything needed for a peaceful stay, immersed in nature, yet not too far from Ascoli Piceno with all its historical and scenic beauties. The house is tastefully and elegantly furnished. The breakfast is rich, and in particular, we appreciated the sweets. Excellent is the vin cotto, a house specialty. The friendliness and kindness of our host were very much appreciated. The house mascot, loved by children, is the goat Berta.

Comfortable and private structure surrounded by greenery just a short distance from the center. Easy to find and with all the amenities. Excellent cleanliness and location, interesting breakfast. The owner is nice.

Good structure, in the hills a few kilometers from Ascoli. Clean room and sufficiently spacious. Kind and helpful the owner. Complete but standard breakfast (everything packaged).
