The manager and his wife are very kind and helpful people. The breakfast is excellent. The air-conditioned room is tastefully furnished. The bathroom is modern, clean with a nice shower.

We have already come several times to this B&B and each time we are confirmed the passion and love that Giovanna and Ivano put into welcoming their guests. The structure is very clean and the breakfast is incredible... I would always like to ask for the recipes of the wonderful pastries that we find every morning... sooner or later I will do it. No structure visited so far is comparable to this one.

Mr. Ivano and Mrs. Giovanna made us feel like we had known each other for years, even though we stayed for just one night. Quiet place just outside the center of Foligno, clean environment, and a breakfast as described, complete and plentiful. Highly recommended without hesitation.

10 out of 10 for everything. To the manager and his wife, to the room and the bathroom, to the abundant and delicious breakfast with pastries, croissants, milk, coffee, and savory food, etc. (you just have to manage to eat everything), also the parking and the convenient location to visit the beautiful nearby places.

We stayed at this property during a short motorcycle trip and we had a great time! A place that certainly stands out for the courtesy and availability of the owners (they even provided their garage for parking the motorcycles), very clean, great breakfast and one of the best quality/price ratios. Just outside the center in a quiet area. If there was also the possibility to easily reach a restaurant on foot for dinner, it would be the best one could ask for at a B&B.

We stayed from 19 to 22 September and we were wonderfully, perfectly put at ease by the very skillful managers. Any request of ours was always promptly met. The structure is equipped with every comfort and is located very close to the center of Foligno using the car. If someone is looking for a place away from the noise of traffic, from shouting and anything else, this structure is ideal. We stayed for a week, accompanying my daughter to the military competition selections in Foligno. We found two very clean and well-kept rooms, and above all, a caring but never intrusive welcome. Fantastic breakfast! The owner prepares different pastries every day for breakfast.
