We really appreciated the kindness of our hosts who did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The room is very comfortable with a very large terrace, which must be pleasant for a long stay with the beach just 100 meters away. The location allows for easy visits to Noto or the Vendicari reserve. The sweet breakfast was mainly made up of very good products made by the hostess.

A very well-maintained and extremely clean accommodation. The hosts are extremely friendly and available to help at all times. The lovingly prepared breakfast is a pleasure every day. The beach is within walking distance and the private parking is shaded.\n\nThanks again for the beautiful days\nWalter and Jeanette.

More kindness and cleanliness cannot be found!

The B&B is located a stone's throw from the sea, but in a quiet area. It is run by the owners who warmly welcome you and make you feel at home. Every day a breakfast with exquisite sweets, personally prepared by Mrs. Franca, is served. They are also available for all our needs. The rooms are clean and there is a private parking. We will definitely come back.

My wife and I spent 6 days in this property just steps from the sea in June. The B&B is managed by Franca and Giuseppe who did everything to make us feel at home. They recommended several places to have lunch or dinner and various places to visit, the property lacks nothing, available to guests in addition to a covered parking, umbrella and beach chairs. Mrs. Franca prepares daily delicious cakes and cookies for the morning breakfast helped by her husband, truly two beautiful people. If we return to those parts it will definitely be a fixed stop to stay. Absolutely recommended.

The owners Franca and Giuseppe of the property are really hospitable and nice. They can provide lots of information about places to visit. And then, you shouldn't miss Mrs. Franca's cakes and almond granita and Mr. Giuseppe's friendliness.

A holiday to frame, among the most beautiful and intense we have ever had. We were welcomed and pampered by Mrs. Franca and Mr. Giuseppe in an commendable way. As soon as you arrive, they welcome you kindly and as soon as they show you the room, you are struck by the scent and the cleanliness of the rooms, never seen such a clean and fragrant room! Mr. Giuseppe's (for us Pippo) advice on places and restaurants to visit and Mrs. Francesca's (for us Franca) breakfasts accompanied us in a very pleasant and delicious way throughout the stay. We were so comfortable that we created a beautiful group with other B&B guests and felt at home. The structure is very close to the beach and wonderful places, so we never stayed in the same place and this made the holiday beautiful. We will definitely come back because Franca and Pippo are in our hearts, we did not feel 'customers', but pampered and welcome friends. Nice structure, clean and large well-furnished rooms. The only flaw I also pointed out to the very kind Mr. Bosco is the lack of mosquito nets so maybe you can leave the balcony open and not use the air conditioning. For the rest perfect stay, excellent location 2 minutes from the beautiful beach, large garden and covered parking. Classic Sicilian breakfast varied every day and excellent made by Mrs. Bosco. Very good biscuits, pie and almond granita with delicious homemade brioche. Availability and kindness of the owners, will definitely come back. Thank you.

The B&B Tra Sole e Mare is in a very convenient position to reach, on foot and in a few minutes, the beach of Lido di Noto but, at the same time, quiet because inside compared to the waterfront. The rooms of the B&B are named after the winds and we stayed in the "Libeccio" room: a comfortable, bright, and very clean room, with a terrace and a private bathroom with a window. In the week we stayed at the B&B, the linen change was done several times. The owners of the B&B were exceptional and special hosts: the cooking skills and the quality of the breakfast proposals, different every day by Mrs. Franca, real treats for the palate, and the valuable advice of Mr. Pippo, ranging from the most hidden beaches and places of interest, to restaurants, made our holiday unforgettable. We will come back to pick up the little piece of heart we left with them.

The managers were very helpful. They provided us with directions on how to move around and what to visit. Mrs. Franca prepares excellent cakes and cookies. Ok the location is great both for going to the beach and for visiting the cities. Quiet place, covered and fenced parking in the structure. Beach umbrella and chair available. We hope to come back.

It is the first time we visit the 'Tra Sole e Mare' structure located in Marina di Noto (or Lido di Noto), and with extreme sincerity we must say that we chose it for the countless positive reviews we found. We were strongly motivated to verify in person what others had written, and we can only fully confirm what has been positively affirmed so far. Let's start with the meticulous and well-kept cleanliness of the room and the furnishings, including the bathroom. The structure is located very close to the sea, just a few minutes away, with well-furnished, comfortable, and bright rooms, with direct access to a beautiful terrace equipped with chairs and a useful clothesline. It is built in an absolutely quiet and easily accessible place, with entrance through a gate to a completely private and guarded area, adorned with a green grass lawn. In addition, an area has been prepared with a practical water point and a useful shower to remove sand upon returning from the sea, ensuring guests a clean access to their rooms. Another extremely positive aspect is the unique possibility of parking the car internally in the private area, in a covered roofed structure that preserves it from the scorching sun. Breakfast, served in an adequate and airy terrace on tables appropriately spaced and magnificently decorated, is very rich and abundant, enriched by a variety of drinks and numerous, very fresh pastries prepared with extreme care and dedication by Mrs. Franca. Accompanied by a fantastic cappuccino, breakfast is always served with the vigilant and attentive gaze of Mr. Pippo and Mrs. Franca towards the guests, ready to fulfill every request. Every dialogue with them is characterized by kind, measured, and polite tones, creating a pleasant and serene conversation. The atmosphere is one of family and caring managers, extremely friendly and ironic, with a warm sense of hospitality and welcome. Mr. Pippo and Mrs. Franca are always present, available, and ready to advise on how to make the stay unforgettable, meeting any need expressed by the guests. They also provide guests with a beach umbrella and two chairs. We conclude the review by praising the Bosco family for their professional and competent management of this B&B, highlighting their ability to relate wisely to guests and provide an added value that is rarely found in traditional accommodation facilities. We highly recommend this structure in every aspect, located in an ideal location for trips and tourist visits.

We stayed as guests for 11 days at this establishment run by Pippo and Franca. It is very well maintained and spotlessly clean in all areas, just a few steps from the sea. The breakfast is top-notch, thanks to Franca who prepared it for us every day, letting us taste all the sweets of Sicilian tradition, and to Pippo who advised us on places and restaurants to visit. In short, two exceptional people who pampered our Flaminia like grandparents, so much so that when Flaminia left, she invited them to our home. Highly recommended.

Structure located in a quiet area and a few steps from the sea. The managers are wonderful people, attentive to every need. The breakfast is abundant and varied. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is carried out scrupulously, and the anti-covid regulations are respected. We will gladly return.

What to say... we had a great time, welcomed with warmth and kindness by two exquisite people, Franca and Pippo. They made our day start well with homemade cakes and sweets and with pleasant conversations, always available and attentive to take care of everything in detail. Definitely a place I would recommend and where I would gladly return.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast located near the sea. Clean, comfortable, and delightful. Abundant and varied breakfast, very good sweets made by Denise. She is a special person always available. We highly recommend it.

Reviewing the B&B Tra Sole e Mare is a real pleasure. Perfect structure from every point of view, hospitable and friendly managers, but discreet and never intrusive. Mrs. Francesca deserves an extra applause for the priceless homemade sweets we found for breakfast every morning. Finger-licking good. Mr. Pippo is kind and measured. The villa, with indoor and covered parking, is a stone's throw from the seafront. It is also the ideal location for those who want to visit the baroque cities of the area, as they are all easily accessible with short trips. It was a perfect choice to visit the southeast of the island. We hope to return. Absolutely recommended.

Returning from a vacation is always difficult. But if the vacation was wonderful, the memories remain indelible. We stayed for 10 days in this fantastic B&B. The owners reserved a special treatment for us, we felt at home. Perfect cleanliness and order accompanied us all the time. And what about breakfast? Every day there was something different, all strictly homemade by Mrs. Francesca. Thank you, you made our vacation truly sweet! If we were to pass by those parts again, it will be a pleasure to come back to you.

The spouses who hosted us are very kind and friendly; the 4 rooms (with terrace) are simple but comfortable and clean. The linen is changed every third day, there is a large courtyard with covered parking spaces and it is about 200 meters from the beach. Mrs. Francesca prepares a different sweet every day, but always delicious and light, and, on 2-3 occasions, she delighted us with two different and exquisite types of almond milk prepared by her.

Very poor breakfast. During the 8 days of stay, I had croissants only 3 times. There were plenty of cookies, but no fruit, no bread, and the jam and honey were prepackaged. As for the payment, it was not communicated that it had to be made in cash only. We had to go all the way to Avola to withdraw cash. Otherwise, excellent accommodation, almost maniacal cleanliness, and a very special location.

We had a great time. Pippo and his wife were caring, friendly, and at the same time discreet. Large rooms, very clean, excellent wi-fi, garden very well maintained. And what about the cakes offered by Mrs. Franca? Excellent. A B&B to recommend and return to.

If there were praise for every rating, it would be mandatory to give it and it would be more than deserved. I spent 13 days welcomed, not as a guest as I was, but as a pampered and spoiled friend. I wouldn't want to seem unbelievable but I would recommend anyone to try staying there to realize that I am not exaggerating in praising this structure. Thanks again and if I were to return to Sicily I would have no doubts, I would return with closed eyes.

Beautiful new structure, very friendly and helpful manager, super breakfast with different homemade pastries every day.

We had a great time. Great professionalism and courtesy from the manager.

New structure with a room with a beautiful private terrace, very close to the sea, the owner provides umbrellas and sunbeds for the nearby beaches free of charge. Very well furnished, breakfast is served on the terrace with only sweet products from family production. It is also in a strategic position to visit many places of great interest.

We were almost incredulous reading all the positive comments, but after being guests of the Bosco family we can definitely confirm the excellence judgment. We stayed in their beautiful home for two weeks in October and, although we were the only guests, we received a high-quality welcome in all aspects: impeccable cleanliness with daily room tidying, change of bath towels every two days and sheets every three days, worthy of the best hotels, and a rich breakfast with homemade sweets by Mrs. Franca: every morning we were greeted with a new, always exquisite cake and lots of cookies in addition to fruit, yogurt, corn-flakes, juices, jams… and even the traditional freshly prepared almond milk. There was never a lack of friendliness and willingness to meet our needs. Corrado and Andrea were generous with valuable advice during the pleasant morning conversations. Even though it was already off-season and many facilities were closed or offering limited services, we had a great time both spending our days in front of a stunning sea whose sound kept us company even from the terrace of our room, and in our excursions to the beautiful locations of the late Sicilian baroque. When we left, it was like saying goodbye to new dear friends with the hope of returning soon. A hug to everyone and a kiss to little Bianca.

Perfect B&B, located in a strategic area away from local traffic but at the same time a stone's throw from the sea. We felt at home thanks to the kindness and availability of Andrea, always attentive to the needs of his guests and ready to advise on what to do and see in that splendid corner of Sicily. Rooms always perfectly clean and tidy. And what about breakfasts? Rich, abundant, and something different to taste every day! And then doing it on the terrace with a sea view... priceless! I stayed at 'Tra Sole e Mare' with my husband from June 29, 2016, to July 7, 2016, and we had a great time, both in terms of the accommodations, the rooms are very beautiful and spotlessly clean, and in terms of the location, as it is close to the sea and close to many beautiful places to visit, we can say it is a strategic point to visit both the beautiful beaches in the area and the beautiful cities nearby (Ragusa Ibla, Siracusa, Noto, etc.). The atmosphere at the B&B is very family-friendly and at the same time reserved, Andrea and his family made us feel at home; a thank you to everyone for their availability and kindness, a special thanks to Andrea for his preparation which is on par with that of a tourist office! And to the mother for her exquisite sweets! If you go in that direction, choose this B&B, it's perfect!

We stayed at this property for a week with a couple of friends and we just returned. It was a dream week, the Bed is very clean, located in an optimal position, not only for the beach just steps away, but especially for the beauty of the places to visit around such as Noto, Syracuse, Ortigia, Marzamemi, and the Island of Currents. The breakfast is sublime, every day a different cake made by Mama Bosco. Moreover, the friendliness of Papa Bosco and Andrea is priceless. Andrea is indispensable for his friendliness and for his indications about the place, together with the very valuable Stefania. They made us feel at home. We will definitely return. A hug to everyone and a heartfelt thank you for making our vacation wonderful.

I was quite satisfied and compliments for the desserts prepared by the hostess for breakfast. I was already familiar with the place, and the winning note is, I believe, the proximity to the beach, and that the structure is completely new.

I stayed at the B&B with my family. When we arrived, we immediately felt at home; great hospitality, availability, very attentive to the needs of my seven-year-old daughter, in short, we were welcomed as if we were relatives. The B&B has a covered internal parking that allows you to leave the car safe and in the shade. The beach is convenient just a few meters away and if you want, in ten to fifteen minutes on foot you can reach a beautiful and little-frequented beach located between two rock spurs, which has nothing to envy to the renowned Calamosche. Furthermore, the B&B provides an umbrella and chairs for the beach, a not insignificant aspect in terms of comfort and savings. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with a terrace and all the comforts but above all very clean. I have rarely found places where cleanliness is done so meticulously. You could really eat off the floor! The breakfasts are always a surprise: every day, Mrs. Franca prepares delicious pastries while Andrea is a magician at making cappuccino. But the most pleasant aspect that makes the vacation unique is the warmth and hospitality of the Bosco family, Andrea provides you with directions to reach the places to visit with the precision of a Tom Tom, Mrs. Franca gives you suggestions on recipes and local restaurants or pastry shops where to eat or buy the best products (the real ones, not just those for tourists) Mr. Giuseppe with his friendliness and availability makes you feel at home. We had a wonderful vacation and cannot wait to return also because the position of the B&B is central to all the most famous places in southeastern Sicily and this peculiarity allows family tourists to combine cultural tourism needs as well as the necessities of children (and also wives) for a beach vacation. In my case, I was able to dedicate the morning to visits in the art cities while in the afternoon I returned to the B&B for a sun and sea bath at the beautiful beach that is just a few steps away. I will recommend the B&B Tra Sole e Mare to all my friends and acquaintances. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the Bosco family for the hospitality and affection you have given us.

This B&B, which welcomed us for ten days, was really a surprise: from the room (Scirocco) that was very clean, with a very large terrace, very comfortable pillows (where did you buy them?) to the breakfast, always generous and varied, we tried everything and we still cannot say what we liked the most! The cappuccino, or the various fruit juices, the cornflake cookies, or the sbrisolona with jam, the peach cake, or the chocolate pudding, the chocolate cake or the almond milk puddings.. but how do you choose?! The structure is very recent, offers parking under a gazebo, inside the structure (the car is always in the shade!), the family that manages it is always available for any need, friendly and never intrusive, always ready to recommend a place for dinner, an alternative for a rainy day, a Church not to be missed, a city to visit, a route rather than another. Great idea to have a single refrigerator divided into compartments based on the rooms, so that everyone can organize themselves if they need to keep something cool! I do not know what else to add.. we had a great time, it felt like being at home, indeed.. perhaps better! Highly recommended!

Excellent B&B! Highly recommended! Brand new structure 100 meters from the sea (and what a sea!), clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast: genuine, varied and abundant. Availability of umbrellas and deck chairs for the beach on free loan. Courtesy, availability and friendliness of the owners make the stay really pleasant! The only downside is not being able to stay all summer.
