We are Anna and Silvio. We live in our house on the hills of the Upper Vergante, near Stresa, which several generations have loved and through their contributions of colors, passions and Hobbies have transformed and enriched leaving fragments of their personality. Everything can tell us a story: from the bricks with which it was built, to furnishings, paintings, ornaments, plants, tools.... We are happy to welcome you in this box of memories that now we continue to feed with the passions for art, architecture, photography, gardening, restoration of old tools of craftsmen, land workers, or simply kitchen tools it's the house. We love nature and draw from what it offers us to make home decorations at different times of the year or to give small gifts to friends. Anna likes to take care of the garden and plant the flowers. It has said that she has a green thumb. Relax by spending a few hours immersed in the colors of the well-kept garden that we offer you. She knows these places very well and can advise you on mountain tours and places to visit.

Our B&B is just few minutes from Stresa with its Borromean Islands, from Parks of noble villas, Villa Taranto, Villa Giulia, Villa Pallavicino, the gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre.
The proximity, a few minutes, of the B&B from the A26 Genoa-Gravellona motorway and from the highway that crosses the Ossola and the Sempione leads to Switzerland, gives the opportunity to quickly reach Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, the Lake Mergozzo, the river Toce with its famous waterfalls, the uniques Precipices di Uriezzo and from the valleys and mountains from Ossola to Switzerland.
In the nearby hills covered with chestnut, beech and birch woods, you can undertake easy excursions suitable for families and mushroom and chestnut seekers. In neighboring villages and along the banks of the lakes you can visit the greenhouses of flower growers of Azalee and Camelie.
Noteworthy are the routes between Faith and Culture: the Sacro Monte di Domodossola, Ghiffa and Orta that offer moments of peace, unexpected views. The Hermitage of S. Caterina del Sasso, the Insel of Saint Julius and The Madonna del Sasso.

SPORTS
We are just few minutes from Stresa and the golf courses: Golf Dell'Alpino (9 holes) and Golf Des Iles Borromeés (18 holes).
Very beautiful mountain excursions on the nearby Mottarone, Monte Rosa, Val Vigezzo, Val Formazza, Valle Antrona, in the parks of VEGLIA and DEVERO, in the area of CUSIO and the Wilderness above the village of Verbania: the VALGRANDE PARK.
In winter for skiing S. Domenico, Devero, Ponte in Val Formazza, For cross country skiing and snowshoeing in Riale.
Nearby, horse rental for walks on our hills also with escorts. Several pools and water fun in the summer, Acquadventurepark Baveno. Water and spa treatments all year round in the Terme di Premia and Terme di Bognanco. Water is a predominant element in these places and therefore you will find the possibility for sailing, canoeing, kayaking and rafting courses.
For bicycle enthusiasts, paths along Lake Maggiore, along the mouth of the river Toce and with Mounting Bikes on the paths of hills and mountains.
