The apartment is very spacious and convenient with everything you need for a short city trip to beautiful Venice! It is situated very close to the train station and is within easy walking distance to the city center. A supermarket, as well as cafes and restaurants, are nearby. Our host was very nice and helpful! We would definitely return to this apartment in the future. We had a great time.

Spacious and well-maintained apartment. The location is strategic as it is situated in a quiet area and easily reachable from the station (only 10 minutes on foot). Gian Maria, the owner, has always been very helpful, quick to respond, and provide all the necessary information and good advice. Excellent value for money, recommended!

La scelta è caduta su questo B&B vista la posizione strategica vicino alla stazione, scelta eccellente, ma ancora di più lo è stata per la disponibilità di Gian il titolare che sin dal primo momento ci ha contattati per metterci d'accordo sull'arrivo. L'appartamento perché di questo di tratta è spazioso, silenzioso, ci si sente come a casa! Quando torniamo a Venezia, torniamo da Gian!
