Our stay was made perfect by an extremely gracious proprietor. Because of Luisa, the owner, we had the wonderful experience of visiting Mont Isola and Iso, she made it happen for us. We enjoyed our short stay in Sarnico and were very grateful to have found RIAD B&B.

A very nice family style B&B. We had two rooms with separate shower and toilet and AC. That was great because of the high temperature in Sarnico. And we had our own entry, both rooms side by side. Very comfortable for my family (5 persons). The host Luisa and her family are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, not hotel style but quite enough to start the day. The location is directly by the lakeside. Breakfast outdoors beneath Lake Iseo - where can you find this? Therefore, my recommendation for this B&B.

I had a lovely stay and the room was made into a family room which met our requirements. I would have given 8 for cleaning but there were several empty bottles left on the cabinet by the door. The shower was excellent. Lovely views of the lake and only a (nice) 10 minute lakeside walk to town. The hosts were really nice, breakfast was good, especially sitting in the sunshine! I would book again if returning to this area.

We stayed in this accommodation for 12 nights and spent our complete summer holidays at the lake. In the end, we were sure that 12 days are not enough and we would appreciate to come back. We felt like being really welcome and not just treated as a tourist. The house owners gave us lots of recommendations and they even arranged a guided tour on one of the vineyards in Franciacorta just for the two of us. We had a beautiful and comfortable room on the ground floor of that very tasteful house built in the 20s or 30s. Everything seems to be renovated just a short time ago and you can see that the owners set value on a particular atmosphere of their home and the guest rooms. There are lots of beautiful details - we liked the styling of our room and the bathroom. In front of our bedroom there was the terrace where breakfast is served and we could even use this place for having a nice dinner outside in the evening. We were also allowed to use the kitchen to cook some nice meals, for example with very tasty porcini mushrooms from the market. You have the possibility to leave your car within the court and the house owners offer bikes which is perfect to get to the city center of Sarnico beside the lake just in a few minutes. The house has even a private access to the lake. Sarnico is, in our opinion, the best place to spend your holiday at the lake because you have many opportunities. And the B&B Riad is, for us, the perfect place to stay there - we would like to come back.

We enjoy our vacation here. Owners are nice and friendly and they really take care about their guests. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Room was nice and clean. We were really satisfied and we're thinking about revisiting next year.

We were greeted very kindly by Louisa, who explained everything to us and was always available when we had questions. The rooms and the entire property are designed with great attention to detail. Very very nice. Very nice room with a kitchenette and bathroom, as well as a small terrace. The room was perfectly cleaned every day, which is not necessarily common for a B&B. Perfect parking right in front of the house. It's a shame we couldn't access the lake directly. The water level was too low and that's why there was too much grass. However, the operators of the property are not to blame for this. Breakfast was right by the water, a dream, even though the Italian-German breakfast was too sweet for my husband, I loved it. Anyone who has a problem staying on the main road should bring earplugs for the night.

Very nice structure by the lake; unfortunately, its location near a busy road penalizes it a bit. The value for money is lowered by the absence of breakfast.

Personally I was looking for three days of relaxation which I found in this B&B Riad Sarnico. Easy to reach, clean room and kindness of the staff. It has a beautiful garden with a pool directly on the lake equipped with chairs and sun loungers to use. Very close to other characteristic towns of Lake Iseo easily reachable by car. Unfortunately, for breakfast, the spaces are not large, but the room is equipped with a coffee pod machine, coffee, thermal jugs, sugar, and snacks. I enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable and unique room; only drawback: the shower stall is a bit small.\n\nEach room is decorated differently. The buffet breakfast is plentiful from sweet to savory.\n\nIt was so relaxing to have breakfast with a view of the lake.\n\nWe had wonderful days and we relaxed and recharged.\n\nI recommend this B&B Riad Sarnico to those who want relaxation and to be close to the town center.

I have just left the B&B Riad Sarnico. What can I say: beautiful location, kind hostess, lake view, so much so that breakfast took place on the edge of the lake and in the company of small ducks paddling in the water. Until next time, I hope!

Welcoming structure, tastefully furnished. We had the rooms on the upper floor, with a beautiful lake view. The staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful. Two small drawbacks: arriving, it is a bit difficult to find it because the sign blends with the fence wall and the breakfast, although assorted, is of supermarket quality.

It could offer much more if attention were paid to the smallest details. First of all, the address on the navigator appears to be farther away and on the opposite side from where the B&B Riad Sarnico is actually located. If the owner had not come out, we would never have found it. Only by opening the gate ourselves to exit with the car did I notice the sign of the B&B Riad Sarnico, which is tiny. You cannot even see it from the road. We stayed for the New Year's holiday and also requested the use of the kitchen. Evidently, it is frequented more by those who only need a bed and breakfast, because there is really very little in the kitchen. Not even two deep plates to eat a hot dish, and then everything is dusty and needs to be washed, even the cups served to us at breakfast, I noticed they had some fluff on them. Not to mention the table from which we could serve ourselves for breakfast: there were small plates with cookies, the same ones that had not been eaten for who knows how many days, but they were never covered with a napkin or anything to prevent them from gathering dust. Poor those who served themselves. And then we had room cleaning without being notified. Just that morning we went grocery shopping, and upon our return, we found the room with the door not even locked, the bed half made, but the mattress cover not even changed. And the shower? Modern and nice, for heaven's sake, but without a curtain or a door to protect, it gets wet everywhere. The B&B Riad Sarnico is managed by a family, and I must say they were very kind and helpful. The rooms are part of a complex in which the owners themselves live, and it also includes a small garden from which you can reach the lake, with personal docking. The view is therefore spectacular, our room overlooked the lake directly, and we were able to enjoy the view of the fireworks. Perhaps a bit penalized by the proximity to the main road, which is busy.
