Our B&B is located in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme di Punta Marina) at Ravenna art city, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the heart of the city. "Aliceshome" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, designed with taste, refinement and pure attention to detail.

Travellers staying with us will be able to take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas.
Close by our guests will find several monuments and famous places. Remember that just only 440 m away there is the "Basilica di Sant'Apollinare Nuovo". Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium "Stadio Ravenna".

Very nice guest room in Alice's house, located near the center of Ravenna, ideal for visiting UNESCO sites or taking a bike ride. The room is spacious, with a terrace, and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. Alice, our hostess, is very welcoming and very attentive to our well-being: in short, a great address!

Excellent welcome from Monica. Quiet place, well located in the city (near the train station). Luxurious room with a small terrace. Impeccable bedding, very useful small fridge. Nice and well-maintained bathroom.

Vintage charm in this delightful establishment where many family memories are breathed. The location is almost perfect between the historic center and the train station. Mrs. Monica is friendly and very kind.

Beautiful room, cozy and clean. The only negative point: very strong smoke smell throughout the house, a sign that the owner smokes indoors regularly. Personally, it bothers me a lot. When I returned home, all my clothes were impregnated with the smell. Otherwise, the house is very clean and welcoming, as well as the host.

The owner is kind and helpful. The spaces of the B&B, however, are not well defined, they are shared with the owner, in the 'house' she is present, except for the bathroom and bedroom. The interiors are dated and at least the areas used for the B&B should be renovated, we don't like the carpet in the room. The owner's cat should be reported because some people are allergic. The breakfast is just sufficient and prepared in the 'house' kitchen. In our room at Easter 2023, there were 21 degrees with the radiators at full blast, a waste and too hot for our habits.

The facility is very close to the station and the historical center, which allowed us to comfortably visit Ravenna. Ms. Monica, who runs the bed and breakfast, is very kind and helpful. A welcoming person who immediately makes guests feel at ease. We stayed for two nights in a room with air conditioning and a private bathroom, and we also had a fridge at our disposal. In the morning, Ms. Monica prepared a super breakfast with many products. I thank the lady for the excellent reception. We will definitely return to her if we come back to Ravenna.
