Our B&B is at Roma art city, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the historic heart of the city nearby Termini. "Caffè E Cuscino" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets catch cultural events and exhibitions.

Lovely place, although our room was quite small. Very little room around the bed, but still there was an area to hang clothes, a little desk, and an under counter refrigerator. Bathroom was roomy, actually. The location is excellent, if you like to be near the main Rome Termini. Easy walk and easy to find. The off-site breakfast place was nice, but the light breakfast of only one coffee and a sweet roll left us quite hungry within an hour. Overall, I would stay there again.

Nothing to say, very clean and as described, only downside is the noise pollution, the street is quite noisy (normal in the city center) but especially the walls are thin and the neighbor enjoys music at a high volume (but not after 23h). Very well located, close to train station, bus and metro. I recommend.

Great location, well served by public transport and connections to the airports. Small room but complete with everything and clean as well as the bathroom. Very kind and welcoming manager. WiFi not working and breakfast almost non-existent.

I stayed at this property from 22nd to 26th October and I can say that I had a great time. The owner Elena is a very kind, helpful, and welcoming girl. From the very first minute, she made herself available for any needs and gave us tips on how to move around the beautiful capital's rugged jungle. The property has a great location as it is just a few steps from Termini station, allowing visitors to reach the most interesting places in no time. As far as I'm concerned, the highlight of this property, which is overall very essential, is definitely the cleanliness. The well-furnished and well-kept rooms are cleaned impeccably every day. Breakfast is served outside the property, at an affiliated bar, and consists of a drink and a croissant. I don't have major criticisms to make, apart from the price that seemed a bit high to me for the type of property. I highly recommend it.

Excellent value for money, possibly unbeatable! The structure is very well maintained, managed by a friendly lady, very helpful with the guests. The only flaw is the lack of an elevator in the building which, in the case of heavy luggage, can be a problem.

We stayed only one night but we had a good experience. Good cleanliness, nice room, kind and helpful hosts. Very convenient location for its proximity to the station and to historical-cultural places of interest. We walked around with great ease. The only downside was the breakfast at a nearby bar, very chaotic, and at 9 am, croissants were already sold out! Not ideal for those looking for a hearty breakfast.

We stayed with my boyfriend only for a weekend. The structure is very beautiful (as it was written on the site just renovated), clean and in a great area, in fact despite having only been there for two days we managed to visit all of Rome. The location is nice because it is practically very close to Termini station from which buses and metro depart (we walked around because you experience the city more, while for those who do not want to walk it is very convenient). Everything is beautiful, the only flaw is the breakfast: for those who want to have a plentiful breakfast it is not really ideal (the cappuccino is not very good and the brioche is quite small and the bar is quite expensive!). The owner is truly kind and very helpful! We must thank her for the hospitality and for helping us with the itineraries! Thank you!

For those who want a strategic place to visit Rome, it is excellent. Close to Termini station and close to the metro. Even on foot, you are close to the center. The managers of the establishment are kind and helpful. The breakfast is more than sufficient at the nearby bar. For lunch or dinner, there are excellent local places at good prices just a step away. We, two couples, were satisfied.
