Comfortable and peaceful environment where you can maintain the maximum independence and autonomy. Extremely kind owner, attentive, and available for any customer needs, as well as the same availability and courtesy from the young man who welcomes you upon arrival and the cleaning lady. Highly recommended for any need.

I went to Rome for a training weekend. The B&B Roma San Giovanni run by Mrs. Patrizia is clean and functional. Very close to the metro and all essential services. The Colosseum is within walking distance with a pleasant half-hour walk. I approve and recommend!

Mrs. Patrizia and the boy who welcomed us are truly exquisite; attentive, courteous, very nice. The rooms are beautiful and well-kept, very clean, not noisy at all despite being on the ground floor. We had a great time and for us it is a strategic point as my daughter studies at the Opera di Roma. When we return to visit her, we will definitely contact this structure again. See you soon.

Clean and well-kept. Very kind and helpful owner. The only flaw is the breakfast, included in the price, that you have to have at the bar which, however, is nearby. Very good location, 150 meters from metro C.

Recommended structure, located in a quiet area, close to the metro stop, clean and comfortable rooms. Very kind owner always available to meet the needs of the customers. Breakfast to be taken at an affiliated bar nearby. Stayed with the family in comfort. Optimal quality/price ratio.

Great structure, pleasant and new furnishings. The cleanliness is also excellent. The manager, Mrs. Patrizia, is very kind and helpful. It is a pity that the minibar is missing, which is useful in summer. The location, although not very central, allows for easy travel thanks to public transport. Highly recommended.
