The stay was very pleasant. The accommodation is quiet, we appreciated the presence of air conditioning in the room. Very good point for the cleanliness of the establishment, it is really appreciable. The host is very nice and answers all your questions, thank you to her. I highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Cagliari. Note to its good location close to the city center, the train station and buses. It was a perfect stay! I highly recommend :).

Cozy and comfortable structure, not far from public transport connections and commercial services. Extremely kind, clear, and punctual in the booking and access phase to the structure. I can't comment on the breakfast due to personal reasons, so I'll just give a symbolic rating. Heartfelt thanks, I would gladly return if I needed to stay in Cagliari.

Strategic location 5 minutes (timed) from the train station which is also the starting and ending point for many city buses and extra-urban lines. This allows for great freedom of movement. A stone's throw from restaurants and bars. \nPaola welcomes you with all the courtesy and availability that makes you feel at ease. I recommend it to anyone looking for all this. Thank you.

Clean room with everything you need (mini fridge, desk, luggage rack, wardrobe and hangers), practical bathroom, nice shower and product dispenser (green choice)! The area is literally 10 steps from the center but in a street without noise and chaos. Paola is very kind and super helpful and her advice was really appreciated! The choice of this property has influenced the vacation very positively! Thanks again.

From booking to reception, Paola was helpful, friendly, provided me with all the necessary information to reach the property, she is very attentive. For example, I had to leave early and would have skipped breakfast, and without asking anything, she made sure to find me some snacks to take away. She was very kind. The property is very central, easy to find, a 5-minute walk from the station and the center. Clean and with everything you need to have a good stay. Excellent reception. I was there for only one night but enough to appreciate the services and the warm welcome, I chose it for its strategic location as I could immediately reach the bus stop, having an early departure and needing a place to stay. I work in the industry and you are not always treated so well especially when you are passing through and especially for just one night. A property that I will gladly recommend, especially for those who want everything within reach. Thanks to Paola and see you next time. Elisa.

The welcome, the accommodation, the cleanliness, and the location of this B&B Ajana, a 5-star, made our stay in Cagliari very pleasant. In fact, despite being just passing through (1 day before heading to the Cala Serena village), the location allowed us to enrich our vacation, discovering a very beautiful city for its history, monuments, and landscapes, as well as lively and vibrant from morning until late at night. Cagliari is a beautiful city for everyone. Upon returning from the village, we returned to B&B Ajana with great pleasure and, as on the way there, we were greeted with great courtesy and attention by the owners, who took care of us with the right attentions but also with that little extra, a sign of grace and genuineness. Once again, we seized the opportunity to visit another part of Cagliari, which is located in the heart of the city but is a natural reserve in every respect, the Molentargius-Saline Regional Natural Park, where a highly specialized guide accompanied us in the discovery of very rare bird species that inhabit this exceptional place, of great history and international interest. The visit with the electric minivan must be booked, but it is also possible to go by bicycle, except that the main areas, the most sensitive due to the presence of flamingos and being a nesting place, are only accessible with the guide, so it is advisable to book. In short, not just a simple passing place. Grand Hotel treatment and a fantastic city gave us two more unforgettable days of vacation. Thank you and goodbye.
