The structure is in a quiet location and at a reasonable distance from both the center of San Vito and the beach. New room comfortable for a couple and possibly a child. Maria Luisa is a nice, kind hostess who is very attentive to the needs of the guests (including restaurant recommendations in the area). I really appreciated her availability (not required) to find me an indoor parking spot within the structure and the possibility to leave the luggage after the check-out time.

Excellent location. New, fresh and well-ventilated premises. Friendly manager and ready to make himself available for everything, even reservations, places and places to visit. We will definitely come back.

Excellent B&B in San Vito lo Capo (the location is fantastic on its own). Room complete with everything and furnished in a modern style, excellent welcome from the manager, truly professional and friendly, top marks for breakfast. My wife and I are happy with our choice. I highly recommend it.

Excellent structure of very recent construction and opening, comfortable and essential for a relaxing holiday. Impeccable cleanliness. Strategic location 600 m from the sea and a little less from the center but in a quiet area. Availability of parking space another advantage. Managed by Luisa always smiling, kind, helpful, and full of very useful tips.
