Excellent property that dominates in complete peace over La Cinta, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. It is priceless to have breakfast with that view. The owners are very kind and very willing to meet any request.

If you think about the absolutely outrageous prices of San Teodoro, this structure is worth considering. However, for certain prices, one expects better cleanliness. I understand that you are in the middle of nature, but the ants in the bathroom are not very pleasant. Furthermore, one expects a better breakfast, not a Covid-style one, where the owner comes by with a tray and tongs to ask what you want. It is absolutely waste-free, but in the end, it is not very satisfying. It is a pity because the structure has potential and it would take little to improve. I highly recommend staying away from San Teodoro: just a few kilometers south, with lower prices, you can find absolutely better structures for the services mentioned above.

Structure in an enviable panoramic position, close to San Teodoro and well connected. Very kind and friendly lady, just like being at home. Good and plentiful breakfast. Perhaps the bathroom of the rooms deserves a refresh. Highly recommended for those looking for a Sardinia without frills, true and welcoming.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The location of the accommodation was perfect, on a little hill away from the hustle and bustle of San Teodoro. It offers a spectacular view of the sea and the lagoon of La Cinta with Tavolara in the background. The homeowners were extremely kind and friendly. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was simply fantastic and abundant, then having it on the terrace with that view. I highly recommend Villa Flores!

Just back from this beautiful holiday. The B&B Villa Flores gave us beautiful memories! Breathtaking view, kind and very helpful owners. Excellent breakfast with a splendid view. Beautiful Bed and Breakfast less than 10 minutes from La Cinta Beach, surrounded by lush vegetation. The location is strategic to reach all the beaches in the area; even though we had air conditioning in the room, we didn't feel the need to turn it on thanks to the cool breeze that is always present even during the day. The view is truly spectacular, the sunrise is worth seeing. Breakfast is average, perhaps it could be more varied and abundant. Excellent, however, the value for money.

Friendly and helpful managers in meeting our needs. The Bed and Breakfast is reached after a dirt road but the view from the room and the patio more than makes up for it.

Relax. We stayed one night with my boyfriend at Villa Flores, the owners were very kind, always smiling and very friendly. The view overlooks the sea and mountains. The breakfast was plentiful, suggestive view and chairs with very comfortable cushions. Recommended.

Structure with breathtaking views, both in the patio where breakfast awaits you and from the room (ours on the highest level). Owners are very nice, hospitable, and sociable; a pity we only spent one night. Great location to reach the fascinating beaches of the area (not just La Cinta) or the lively center of San Teodoro just a few minutes away. Spacious room with air conditioning, attention to detail, large and comfortable bathroom, and excellent breakfast with homemade pastries. Thank you and see you next time.

Unique and spectacular hospitality structure with this view of La Cinta beach that we see both from the lower rooms and from the higher ones, unique hospitality just like the owners. Very helpful for every request. If only there were more like them! We had a great time. Thank you again.

We returned to Milan on Saturday after a wonderful week spent in San Teodoro at the Bed & Breakfast Villa Flores. We had a great time, everything was perfect. Rita and Maurizio welcomed us and pampered us every day, giving us smiles, advice, and all their simplicity and love for their structure. The breakfast is top-notch, I can still smell the cinnamon scent of the apple plumcake and the view of La Cinta, it's magical. We can't wait to go back, I recommend it to everyone.

I stayed two weeks at the B&B Villa Flores with a friend and we had a great time. The location is very convenient for everything, and the view is unparalleled! A marvel in the morning and enchanting at sunset. The road is a bit rough but certainly not the fault of the managers, who are lovely and very friendly people! Breakfasts are really good! I recommend it to both couples and families.

I spent two weeks with my family at Villa Flores. It was a relaxing experience, the room was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The view of the sea is unforgettable. It is very comfortable and the hospitality of Rita and Maurizio is wonderful. I will return this year as well.

I stayed at Villa Flores with my husband, my daughter, and a couple of friends. I must say that the courtesy of the managers, combined with the wonderful breakfast on the large terrace overlooking the sea, the cleanliness of the rooms and especially the bathrooms, made me rethink my choice to use the bed and breakfast instead of a hotel. I was skeptical, and only the insistence of my friends convinced me. I thought that my little girl would cause problems for the preparation of her meals, but having the kitchenette allowed me to prepare everything needed for her and for us. I decided to book at Villa Flores for these upcoming holidays because I want to go back with my in-laws.
