I booked two nights for work. On the second day, having to return due to an unforeseen event, I contacted the mobile number of the structure in the afternoon to inform that we needed to enter to retrieve our luggage and leave. Not being able to call (the mobile was unreachable), I sent a message via Booking saying that I was unable to call and explaining our need. Shortly after, the lady called back somewhat annoyed, saying that she does not understand how I was unable to call, given that she receives many calls. Moreover, she complained about the fact that she had planned her day, and she felt forced to return home to allow us to retrieve our luggage. Other structures, besides being more polite, often when such an event occurs, refund me the amount for the unused night, or allow me to stay subsequently. The lady, on the other hand, not only did not mention anything about this, but also seemed upset about having to change her daily schedule. I will never book this structure again.

Buona sera sig. ra Menghini, sono spiacente di leggere la sua recensione che non corrisponde assolutamente alla realtà. Lei non ha mai soggiornato presso la struttura quindi non può asserire cose che non ha visto con i suoi occhi e mi permetta di aggiungere dubbito che i suoi dipendenti si siano lamentati della colazione che tengo a precisare è varia ed abbondante, latte, caffè, brioches e yogurth che il più giovane dei due ospiti. ha preso anche doppio, il tecnico più anziano ha preso solo il caffè perchè ha detto di non essere abituato a prendere altro al mattino. Molto discutibile la sua valutazione sulla posizione, non è mai stata a San Donato Milanese, si capisce, altrimenti non lo avrebbe detto. In ultimo sulla pulizia, mi scusi ma ha sbagliato proprio, sono per una pulizia quasi maniacale, tant'e che ho fornito ad entrambi agli ospiti delle pantofole nuove perchè le loro scarpe erano inzaccherate poichè venivano dal cantiere. Circa il fatto che non ho risposto subito al telefono, può capitare, non ho sempre il telefono in mano, e poi mi creda non sono mai seccata, non sono una pianta. Non aggiungo altro. The lady was very kind and welcoming. The house is clean and in a good location. Air conditioners and WiFi (internet in general) are missing. In addition, there is no shower curtain, so a lake is made in the bathroom every time. Fans have not even been provided. Considering how many mosquitoes are in the area, mosquito nets would be necessary to allow at least the windows to be kept open and ventilate the environment. At least mosquito-repellent devices would be useful. The recycling containers are not labeled. We have already found previous garbage, which is never nice. I made my own bag and took it with me to avoid mistakes. Given the kindness and availability of the lady, we decided to give the maximum score available. However, we feel the need to express these critical points to help improve the service.
