The worst and most stressful check-in I have ever had in many years of traveling. No one present at the reception. Just a series of very unsatisfactory texts. Smelly property.

I am so glad I chose this place to stay for my trip to Italy. It was so convenient to where I was going on a daily basis while there. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! Luela, Elona and Tommy made sure I had everything I needed. They made sure I got where I needed to go and could not have had a better place to stay while here in Florence. I will stay here again when I return. Thank you so much!

My friend and I loved everything about this place. The host was one of the kindest women we have met and we always felt so taken care of. The bathrooms and bedroom were also super clean. We both felt at home instantly, it was a much better experience than staying at a hotel.

Everything as agreed upon in the reservation. Perfect location. If I had to find a negative note (entirely personal opinion), the room and structure had a bit of an unpleasant smell, but this is certainly a characteristic of historic buildings. Overall very positive. I would recommend!

Strategic location in the city center. Very simple rooms, mediocre cleanliness. Perfect for a short stay (we only stayed one night).

Very central B&B close to the main monuments, in the center near Palazzo Borghese. We would have preferred a room with a private bathroom, but in any case we always found the shared ones. As travel agents, we definitely have a more critical eye. However, spacious room, good breakfast, and courteous staff.
