One of the best Bed & Breakfasts we've stayed at. We received a warm welcome from Roberta and her beautiful family. The house is located inside a small farm with a playground that my kids love the most. The apartment is super clean, and Roberta cleans it every day, which is an extra bonus for us when staying at a B&B. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back home to a warm, cozy, and clean house is what we call 'coming back home.' And... THE BREAKFAST, I can say this is the most delicious breakfast I have enjoyed during our trip. Roberta prepared a superb breakfast for us every morning, with different Italian dishes each day. We were able to enjoy a typical Italian breakfast in a typical Italian house, an experience you can't get if you stay in a hotel. Even now, at the end of the trip, we can't forget all the dishes that Roberta cooked and the great welcome and sharing from her. We really enjoyed the stay and would like to thank Roberta, who made our trip to Garza Lake more and more interesting and enjoyable.

We had a very warm and cozy stay with Roberta and her beautiful family. We felt like we were visiting our friends. The room and bathroom were very clean, breakfast every day was different and very tasty. We cannot recommend B&B Ai Montesei more! Roberta was also very kind and helpful with our baby when he got sick and was flexible for us to check out a bit later. Thanks a lot for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Ai Montesei. Very attentive to us, an excellent alternative to hotels. The setting is conducive to tranquility, it's super clean and the breakfast is truly exceptional. Moreover, the location allows quick access to the countless activities and places offered by the surroundings. We will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect! If I could rate with 11, I would do it! The room was super clean and comfortable. Roberta and her family welcomed us warmly and thought of everything we might need. They were incredibly kind. The breakfast was super delicious, varied, and prepared with lots of love by Roberta. We have never had such great hosts! We can more than recommend the accommodation. Simply perfect! All the compliments written in the other reviews are confirmed. The breakfast is excellent with everything you can think of, friendliness, and impeccable cleanliness. Nothing was missing. Roberta is also very helpful and has impressed my children! I have never found a B&B Ai Montesei so special. Well done!

Almost by chance we stumbled upon this B&B. Upon arrival, we were left speechless both by the structure and the landscape, but especially by the hospitality. Roberta and Stefano are two fantastic people; they welcomed us as if it were our home, offered us something to drink, and we talked in a truly friendly and joyful environment. They gave us many useful tips about the area, especially where to eat! Our room is really beautiful, spacious, clean, with a lovely bathroom, and above all (not something you find everywhere) they provide bottles of water (in the fridge) for free! The breakfast, well what can I say, Roberta is fantastic, there is so much to eat, from sweet to savory, and above all, everything is delicious. It feels like having breakfast at mom's house. Truly a highly recommended place; they have only been open for a short time (a couple of years), but if they continue like this, they will be successful. Well done, well done. Again, compliments to Roberta and Stefano and a big thank you for the fantastic stay. See you soon for sure!

The owner is a sweet and sincere creature, with a big heart and a smile that lights up. She welcomes every guest with care and love, making everyone feel at home, with a touch of magic. She is truly special. The room is a cozy nest, with beds as soft as clouds and pillows that gently embrace. The fresh and fragrant linen, the impeccable order, and a sparkling bathroom. It is not just a B&B, it is a small corner of luxury, created with love and attention to detail. The breakfast is a wonderful surprise that warms the heart. The B&B Ai Montesei by Roberta is in a great location to visit Peschiera: 10 minutes from Lake Garda, in a very quiet area near the cycling path. The room is equipped with everything you need (no air conditioning but it's very cool), it is spacious and comfortable. The welcome water was highly appreciated; there are no words to describe the breakfast, truly superb and included in the price. Very kind and helpful host. Highly recommended!

What to say about this small B&B if not that we felt at home? Family managing it super helpful and down to earth, Roberta a wonderful person, very clean room and delicious breakfast. I can only highly recommend the B&B Ai Montesei!!😘

We were greeted with extreme courtesy, hospitality, and kindness by Roberta and her husband. Beautiful location in the countryside, about ten minutes from the amusement parks in the area. Rooms and bathrooms spotlessly clean, breakfast more than abundant and varied, prepared and served every morning by Roberta. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Welcoming structure, well-kept and family-friendly environment, ideal for those who want to cycle along the Mincio. Extremely clean and tidy rooms, abundant breakfast with multiple vegetarian options, prepared every morning, with care, by the owner. The well-kept garden is ideal for relaxing in the company of the beautiful kittens. The welcome from Roberta and her husband was fantastic, we immediately felt at ease. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything. In the room, there is a mini fridge that Roberta provided with water, a kettle, tea, chamomile. The breakfast is super abundant, from sweet to savory, and all homemade. We will definitely come back.

Great location for us (very close to the 'B&B Ai Montesei' cycle path), well-kept and clean environment. Varied and abundant breakfast with special attention from the managers towards children. Friendly and super helpful managers. Price, in my opinion, fair for the service received, never felt so good 😌.

We stayed 1 night in this beautiful B&B Ai Montesei. It is located near the main parks and is managed by a nice lady, Roberta. She prepared everything and more for breakfast: muffins, pancakes, yogurt, cereals, a platter of cold cuts and cheese, fruits and other delicacies! Very patient with the kids. Highly recommended! A big cuddle for Biscotto from Gabry and Fede.

A beautiful discovery. Close to Lake Garda and the park area, in Borghetto sul Mincio and half an hour from Verona and Mantua. Perfect for visiting different places. The family that manages it puts into practice the word 'hospitality' with simplicity and attention to detail. Fantastic breakfast.

Friendly and helpful managers in providing information about the place, as well as meeting every single need. Strategic location for cycling and visiting Lake Garda (Gardaland and neighboring towns such as Peschiera, Desenzano, and Sirmione). Quiet and green location, just a few minutes from the cycle path. They provided us with bicycles to take a ride along the Mincio cycle path. The breakfast is spectacular, never seen in any other B&B visited so far. Spacious and clean environment.

We stayed at this wonderful B&B Ai Montesei for 3 nights, what can I say: everything wonderful! Roberta and her family hosted us as if we were family, they are fantastic in every way!
