The newly renovated apartment is situated on the first floor of a modern building with an elevator and has been furnished functionally to cater to the needs of travelers from all over the world, whether for business or leisure. The bathroom boasts a spacious shower cabin, complete sanitary ware, hairdryer, towel warmer radiator, and a welcome kit with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. A professional makeup mirror with 10x magnification and 3 color LED light is also available. The large smart dimmable ceiling light and USB wall sockets make the space comfortable, technologically advanced, and innovative. High-quality towels, sheets, blankets, and a duvet are provided.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a 25-liter Extra Space microwave oven with a quartz grill, a coffee machine, gas burners, a ceramic ventilated oven, a large fridge and freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a complete set of pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery. Nothing is missing, every modern comfort is at your fingertips. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything looks brand new. Here, every detail is carefully curated.
