Clean room, huge parking and quiet location, all just 500 meters from the fair!\nI found excellent management, which makes the 'issue' of the shared bathroom almost imperceptible.\nThe room is really well prepared... TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, sink, and mirror!\nComfortable bed... and even a coffee machine with pods and 2 croissants.\n\nI really couldn't have hoped for anything better!\nThank you.

Well located structure for what I needed. Maintained very elegantly, well cleaned, extraordinary meat (what I wanted to eat). I am sure we will come back gladly.

Clean, economical, and easy to reach structure. An excellent solution for those who want to save without giving up too much comfort. Breakfast not available (the facility only offers a packaged croissant), but the managers are very kind and hospitable. I also forgot my wallet in the facility, and they were super efficient in helping me get it back! Excellent value for money. I recommend it!

Room number 4: from the bathroom comes a sewage smell; sleep is disturbed by the unshielded red external neon light, green emergency light and light from the hallway filtering under the door; breakfast consists of a croissant provided by the facility, hot drinks are to be purchased from the vending machine.

A simple but cozy motel, comfortable 3-person room used by only 2 for a private bathroom. Clean place. It was pleasant to find croissants on the ground floor even though no breakfast was provided, a small gesture that is still pleasing! Strategic location to visit both Maranello and the Racetrack, and many other places. Very quiet area despite the proximity to the highway tollbooth.

The essential for those passing through and want to spend even little with a fair service just over a km from the Modena Nord tollbooth is really convenient, the only flaw the bathroom should be better organized.
