We stayed as a couple in the superior apartment from July 31st to August 2nd and we added an additional night. The environment is large, spacious, neat, welcoming, and clean. Surrounding fields and woods, near other houses and some services. Mrs. Valeria welcomed us (supported by curious wagging tails) and accompanied us to the apartment, explaining the spaces and the rules and answering our curiosities. In the end, we gave her two practical tips about the house, which were received positively and constructively. Valeria is energetic, sunny, welcoming, loves to meet people and their traditions, and also enjoys sharing her knowledge with passion. We could spend hours talking. And so, between one conversation and another, the cherry on top. We completed, and also inaugurated, her cooking class path! Super equipped, she joined us in the same apartment: rolling pins, worktops, ingredients, tradition, laughter, photos, videos. We wanted something homey and traditional. Different pasta shapes, mostaccioli, and farecchiata umbra! Done, made, eaten! Each dish with its curiosities and its story. You will find us in her magical guestbook, where there are pages that speak with images, newspaper articles, dedications. What can I say, thank you Valeria! We wish that this dance of ours is the first of many more to come.

Ciao Jean e Gabriella, grazie per essere stati nostri ospiti , soprattutto grazie infinite per aver apprezzato il mio piccolo mondo, che non è solo un appartamento , ma è anche quello che riesco a trasmettere, a raccontare , a descrivere e che spazia dal mio vissuto a ciò che ho appreso dalla mia famiglia, a quello che ho studiato e fatto ricerca su vecchi testi .
Speravo da tanto di fare una Cooking Class, non solo per insegnare le ricette della nostra terra nursina , ma comunicare alle persone che il nostro territorio è da amare in ogni sua sfaccettatura. Siete stati allievi allegri, sorridenti , attenti e quando cucinate le ricette che abbiamo realizzato, inviatemi le foto , il mio '' libro delle dediche '' ha ancora tante pagine da riempire con queste bellissime esperienze e soddisfazioni personali .
