Our guesthouse is located near the lake, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in the heart of the city. "Cavaedium" is design with meticulous attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.

This property is a real gem in the heart of Arona. It is very modern inside with lovely clean and fresh rooms. The hosts are very hospitable and Debora is very friendly. Breakfast is really abundant with lots of choice of cheeses, meats, cakes, pastries and fresh orange juice. Debora is very knowledgeable and can give lots of advice on activities in the area. Arona is beautifully situated on Lago Maggiore and only 50 minutes from Milan by train. We'll be back!

Great place to stay, you feel at home immediately through the warm welcome by the staff. I arrived late which was no problem at all. Breakfast is nice and the place is super well-maintained. Would recommend!

Great breakfast, wide selection. Air-conditioned rooms. Free parking near the property. Very attentive hostess. Always happy to come back. Unfortunately, only Italian TV, Netflix or Amazon could be watched if a personal account was available.

Very lovingly run B&B in the middle of the old town. Debora runs it with passion and hosts her guests generously and courteously. Sensational breakfast buffet. Some noise from the streets can enter the rooms with the window open. With closed windows, you don't hear anything.

Everything was perfect, convenient location and impeccable hospitality. The only small downside we encountered was the absence of nightstands, but aside from that, we felt great.

We really enjoyed staying here! Debora is an extraordinary host, very kind and always there with answers to our questions. The breakfast is fantastic, of high quality and with a lot of choices. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, with everything you need. The location is excellent: right in the center! Debora is a perfect hostess, welcoming and available. She met us in the parking lot to bring us the ticket to display in the car. Smiling and kind, she made us feel at ease right away. The structure, very well renovated, is modern, clean and has everything necessary. We stayed only one night, but we were very well. Thank you, we will return!
