Villa Relax, is a holiday rental with private pool, a short distance from the splendid city of Assisi.

A wonderful villa in a fairytale setting. Surrounded by greenery but very close to wonderful cities like Assisi, Perugia, and Spello. The villa was impeccably clean and equipped with every comfort and entertainment. The owner was truly available and kind, meeting all our requests. For us, it was truly a top experience!

The structure is in a very quiet area. Each room is independent and has its own key. Each room is equipped with a TV and private bathroom.

Very beautiful farmhouse 10 minutes from Assisi and Spello. Ideal for very large families or, like us, a group of friends. Extremely kind and friendly owner, always ready to answer our questions. The pool is exceptional. Lovely outdoor space with gazebo, large barbecue, foosball, ping pong, and football field. The house has several double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, which is definitely an added value. We highly recommend it to those who want to spend time with family and/or friends without ever getting bored and to visit Assisi but especially Spello, which truly deserves it.

The villa was opened in 2004 and is a welcoming and comfortable place where visitors can enjoy a relaxing holiday surrounded by beautiful nature. The villa offers a variety of services which include the possibility of tasting local products, walking in the surrounding fields, visiting historical sites such as Assisi, Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Perugia simply relaxing by the pool. If you are looking for a serene place to relax and appreciate the wonder of nature, the villa opened in 2004 is certainly an excellent choice.
