The room was recently renovated, clean, central and had a fair price and the owner was very nice. I would stay there again. Definitely recommended.

I highly and pleasure recommend this excellent facility, just a few steps from the center. Excellent central location, great value for money, extremely friendly and helpful staff and manager for any of my needs or requests (but everything is there and I had no particular requests), easy and very close parking with many available spaces (and not always full, being close to the center). Very tidy room and very well taken care of by the staff. Every detail is carefully taken care of, even the most unexpected, various lamps, air conditioning, minibar, TV. There is a space management in the room that amazed me, for the attention given with shelves, shelves, table and luggage racks and every available corner to accommodate the customer's luggage, with various hangers and niches used to the best. Every information, before my arrival and after, was provided to me with great care, with a wealth of useful details and directed to provide me with the maximum satisfaction and comfort. I was considered as a friend and not just a customer. I give 10 stars well deserved. You will not be disappointed and you can go on the safe side.

Spacious and beautiful room, Linda shines, deep cleaning is done every morning, as well as changing towels and supplying water in the fridge. Very central location, very kind and caring host.

Great facility. Spacious and bright room, clean. Mr. Enrico welcomed us warmly and efficiently and courteously explained how to move around the facility. Very satisfied.

Excellent location, very central and convenient to the parking lot which is just a few steps away. Mr. Enrico, the manager of the structure, is extremely helpful and friendly. Recommended.

Excellent facility located in the center of Parma with the possibility of parking the car (for a fee) a few meters away. The owner proved to be very kind and available for any need right from the start. The room is very comfortable, clean and quiet...highly recommended!

Easter in Parma. Beautiful structure in an excellent central location. Spacious rooms and nice bathroom with large shower. Equipped with all the comforts, minibar, safe and coffee and tea facilities. Enrico, the manager, a truly exquisite and hospitable person, very pleasant to have a chat with him. I highly recommend it.

Very central location, excellent cleanliness of the premises and the manager is exquisite. We arrived after 11 pm, he welcomed us in a very friendly manner. Excellent.
