Located 5 minutes from the 'Olbia Costa Smerldà airport, 7 minutes from the embarkation for the ships, and 7 minutes from the historic center of Olbia, La Maison de Famille offers accommodation in a nice and comfortable modern-style apartment.
The property has a small garden to park motorcycles and bikes.
The double bedroom, accommodates a maximum of 2 people, and is equipped with a small wardrobe, window with curtain and mosquito net, mirror, abat-jour, and air conditioning.
The property does NOT have a private car park BUT our guests always easily find parking on the safe public road right in front of the gate of the house in Via Val d'Aosta, 24.
The small dining room with equipped kitchen, TV, table with chairs and sofa, is the pride of the structure.
In our kitchen there is a refrigerator in which for each guest, we provide a small bottle of free water for the first night.
The bathroom with bidet and large shower with hydromassage is equipped with a classic hairdryer and mirror.
In the bathroom we always provide our guests with a few single-dose sachets of shower shampoo for the first night.
The house is delivered clean and perfumed just like the hotels.
Even we at La Maison de Famille are travellers, and this is precisely why our goal is to make guests feel at home.
In this regard, precisely because we know how complicated it can be having to bring your own bed linen and towels from home when travelling, our home offers a free rental of bed and bathroom linen but in limited form.
In fact, upon check-in, our guests always find a free set of towels per person on the bed.
Each set consists of a shower towel, a face towel, and a small towel.
To avoid waste of clean linen, each set of towels per person must be used for at least 2 nights.
After the 2 nights, if for example guests have to stay for three nights, on the third day they can open the wardrobe and take a new set of free clean towels.
Here is a classic example of a free supply of bathroom linen:
For a 6-night stay, the 2 guests will find a set of towels per person on the bed to be used for 2 nights.
After the 2 nights, guests will be able to open the wardrobe and take a new set of clean towels per person to use for the third and fourth nights.
After the third and fourth nights, guests will be able to open the closet and take a new set of clean towels per person to use for the fifth and sixth nights.
The free rental of towels ends on the sixth night, after which guests can wash their own towels using the washing machine located in the garden of the house.
As far as bed linen is concerned, as happens for hotels, at check-in guests will find the double bed already equipped with sheets provided free of charge.
The clean sheets present in the bed upon check-in must be used for 6 days.
After the 6 nights, guests will be able to open the wardrobe and take a new set of free clean sheets to use for the next 6 nights, and after which guests will be able to wash the sheets themselves using the washing machine located in the garden of the house.
In the house there is a kitchen equipped with dishes, and in the garden there is a washing machine with a drying rack.
Being a completely independent apartment, guests will feel like at home, and for this reason we DO NOT provide breakfast service.
At about 500 meters from the house there are various supermarkets, so our guests will be able to independently buy what they like most for breakfast, and prepare their own meals in full autonomy using our kitchen equipped with dishes.
Nearby there are the Conad supermarket and the MD market which churn out fresh pastries every morning.
Unfortunately the program/channel manager we use to manage our ad obliges us to indicate the time when we may be available to serve breakfast if the rate includes breakfast.
Since these are rates that do not include any type of breakfast, PLEASE THEREFORE NOT CONSIDER VALID the item that in this announcement refers to the possible start and end time of the breakfast service because it is not provided.
Guests will be able to access the accommodation starting at 17: 30, but if the apartment is ready earlier, guests will be informed.
In fact, it is always our concern to notify guests as soon as the apartment has been cleaned, and will therefore be ready to welcome its new guests.
Usually we are able to deliver the house around 15: 00/15: 30 but in any case if the house is ready before 17: 30, we will contact you immediately to let you know.
The house keys are kept in a safe key box locate next to the gate of the house in Via Val d'Aosta, 24 in Olbia.
AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, IT IS COMPULSORY TO INDICATE A PHONE NUMBER AND AN EMAIL; THIS WILL ALLOW US TO CONTACT GUESTS THE EVENING BEFORE CHECK-IN TO SHARE USEFUL INFORMATION TO CARRY OUT THE SELF CHECK-IN EASILY.
WITHOUT A TELEPHONE NUMBER, OR AN E-MAIL, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT GUESTS AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE INSTRUCTIONS TO CARRY OUT THE SELF CHECK-IN.
THE SECRET CODE FOR COLLECTING THE KEYS WILL BE COMMUNICATED ONLY AS SOON AS THE HOUSE IS READY TO WELCOME THE NEW GUESTS, AND ONLY AFTER EACH GUEST HAS COMMUNICATED THE DETAILS OF THEIR VALID IDENTITY DOCUMENT.
Being an entire apartment, during the stay there is NOT a daily cleaning service, but for those who want to tidy up the house independently, we always leave a cleaning kit available to our guests.
Bed linen and towels are rented free of charge only upon check-in, and any request for bed linen and towels other than those provided to the guest at home upon check-in cannot be be satisfied.
As already indicated, the free rental service of bed linen and towels is limited, therefore once you have used all the linen provided by us free of charge upon check-in, you can wash the linen independently provided by us.
In fact, in the garden there is a washing machine that guests can use both to wash the linen we provide for free hire and their own personal clothes.
BANS:
It is forbidden to organize parties of any kind.
It is forbidden to host people other than those who are part of the reservation, even if for a few minutes.
The property does not allow accommodation for children under the age of 18.
During the night from 24: 00 to 07: 00, it is absolutely forbidden to use a too loud tone of voice, watch TV or listen to music with too loud audio, and make noise of any other kind.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but you can smoke in the courtyard.
It is forbidden to take away from the home, any property owned by La Maison de Famille.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• To protect your safety, the external area is under video surveillance.
• It is NOT possible to add cots.
• We love all animals, especially dogs, but unfortunately our structure CANNOT offer hospitality to our 4-legged friends.
