We were welcomed by Mrs. Franca, the owner, a very kind person who satisfied all our requests. She provided us with valuable information to visit the wonderful nearby places, as her B&B is in a quiet yet strategic area. The breakfast was varied and abundant, with fresh pastries every morning. The B&B is spotlessly clean. Everything is brand new, beautifully furnished, and it is more beautiful in person than in the photos. Mrs. Franca is very attentive to details. We cannot wait to return.

New apartment with modern and functional furniture. Large double bedroom with an additional bed and a single room. Windowed bathroom. Spacious living room with sofa/TV. Rich and excellent breakfast. Fridge available. No kitchen. Quiet area and a few minutes from the thermal baths, the lake, and amusement parks. Indoor parking. Outside there is also a small table with chairs. Franca is very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back very willingly.

We have been staying at this B&B with my family for two years to break up the journey to the mountains, and it has now become a very pleasant habit for us. The structure is located just a few minutes from the center of Lazise, it is brand new, the apartment is very clean and the bed is very comfortable (we have stayed in many hotels but this bed is by far the most comfortable). The parking space is inside the structure, closed with an automatic gate. The breakfast is excellent, super abundant with fresh croissants and bread, fresh fruit, and much more. Not to mention Mrs. Franca, very kind and helpful! For us, it is absolutely a fixed stop every year. See you next summer, thank you for everything!

Very convenient to the various amusement parks in the area (many reachable in less than 10 minutes by car) and to the shores of Lake Garda. New, clean, with air conditioning, with parking inside the property and closed by a gate. The owner is very kind and helpful. If we come back to the area, we will definitely return!

Brand new structure, welcoming and meticulously cared for in every detail, a dream house. Saying excellent is an understatement. Mrs. Franca is sweet, helpful, and attentive to all the needs of the clients, both big and small. A lot of care and attention towards the client. Our 4-year-old son has stayed in Mrs. Franca's heart. Never been to a B&B like this, giving a rating of 10 is truly insufficient, it deserves much more. Congratulations and thank you for everything Mrs. Franca, we will definitely come back. Not a bed and breakfast, but a dream. Brand new and super cozy structure. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. And Mrs. Franca made us feel better than at our own home. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful. Mrs. Franca welcomed me and showed me the apartment, all new, modern and very beautiful furniture. Huge shower bathroom. Spacious living room. I slept very well, never slept so well in a B&B and I visit many. Breakfast with excellent croissants. I found the favorite place to always come back and feel at home. Thank you Franca.

This B&B is located in a quiet area, in a strategic position a few steps from Garda parks and a few kilometers from Lazise. The structure is new, clean, and fragrant, equipped with all comforts. The breakfast served by the owner is also excellent and rich. Ms. Franca made us feel comfortable right away and even though check-in was in the afternoon, she was available to change it to meet our needs. I highly recommend it!

Extremely clean structure (you practically have the whole house at your disposal), everything you need is there (fridge, microwave, TV, sofa...), all clean, modern and super tidy. Excellent value for money. Super breakfast with, among other things, fresh pastries. Mrs. Franca very courteous, always available and a pleasant person to chat with. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night, using the structure as a base for a day at Gardaland. The location is excellent for those who want to go to Gardaland, with supermarkets and McDonald's a few minutes away by car. As soon as we entered the completely renovated structure, we found cleanliness, fragrance, and order. The linens were very clean and fragrant. Mrs. Franca was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good, presented in the right quantities. It consisted of freshly baked croissants, fresh bread, milk, cappuccino, fruit juices, Nutella, various jams, and biscuits. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely return! I highly recommend it.

Grazie per la recensione, mi spiace che abbiate messo voti bassi a posizione, rapporto qualità prezzo e soprattutto colazione in quanto avete mangiato pane fresco con nutella e marmellata, brioche appena sforante, frutta fresca, succhi di frutta, cappuccino e caffè ed eravate molto soddisfatti. A disposizione avevate anche biscotti, cereali e fette biscottate. Se tutto ciò non era abbastanza o di vostro gradimento bastava dirlo sul momento.
