Our B&B is located in a residential area, enjoys a privileged position, in five minutes you can walk to both the beach and the center of Numana.

The other resorts and beaches of the Riviera del Conero are connected by a shuttle bus that stops in front of the bed and breakfast. You can park your car in the parking lot / private yard and take it finished the holiday!
The B&B has 4 rooms: the yellow, the blue, green and turquoise, brand new, spacious and bright, all with private bathroom. Have a separate entrance and two of them can accommodate three people comfortably. Tastefully furnished and are equipped with every feature, television, hair dryer, air conditioning, heating..

Open onto a veranda and garden, each has its own sitting area with table for meals.

Nice place, very helpful and entertaining host and short distance to the beach, the harbor, and the city center. Free bicycles to reach Monte Cornero and nearby coastal resorts.

I spent 10 days with my husband at this B&B. We had a great time. The room was small but nice, clean, and with a table and chairs in the garden. Change of sheets and towels always punctual. Good breakfast with always fresh cakes. Close to the sea and the town center. Greta was always very kind, available to meet our needs. Reserved parking at the property.

The place is located 5 minutes walk from the sea, easily accessible by car, with internal parking, the rooms are very clean and spacious, equipped with air conditioning, the private bathroom in the room is perfect, not all structures have it. The manager was very courteous and helpful, we had strange hours and they supported us in everything we requested. Highly recommended.

The room is spacious and well furnished, the bathroom is comfortable. There is a kitchen available for guests to prepare beach lunches or quick dinners, very useful, with the essential use of the fridge. The structure is close to the sea. Also very convenient is the small table outside, in the courtyard. I would have appreciated fresh bread for breakfast, and maybe something savory as well (perhaps not in the habits). The gate is very noisy when it opens.

We stayed for a weekend, the premises are very nice, the location is great, and the service is courteous and kind. The breakfast is plentiful and caters to all tastes. I recommend it.

In this bed and breakfast we had a great time with my husband and our dog. He really enjoyed the little garden in front. Also, the place had a kitchenette that allowed us to have dinner at home for a few evenings, although we didn't miss some romantic evenings in the restaurants in Numana.
