Highly recommended for cyclists: there is a free small garage available with a key. Pets: highly recommended for those looking for a place where they are welcome! Quality/price ratio: excellent, with various discounts offered. Location: The apartment is located in a residential complex on the outskirts, which offers tranquility day and night, easy parking, and a lot of relaxing greenery (the beautiful Boschetto hill). The center is easily reachable in 10 minutes by bus number 35 (very close to the building) or by car. The house is welcoming, clean, and with all the comforts, comfortable beds (either single or double), wifi, air conditioning, complete furnishings, especially the kitchen, equipped with everything, balcony with chairs and table, and veranda. But what makes the difference are small attentions like an umbrella available, toothbrushes as a gift, and very cute gadgets as a complimentary. Breakfast: super! Even fresh eggs and a great variety of yogurt, food, hot drinks, coffee, and cappuccinos. Silvia, the owner, is kind, attentive, and available regarding check-in and late check-out times, professional and friendly, always available in person or by phone. Highly recommended!

During a bike trip with my husband after several days abroad, we stayed in this apartment. Silvia, the owner, is very helpful and kind, and staying here felt almost like being at home for us. We also took the opportunity to do some laundry, which was a lovely surprise for us. And the breakfast.. TOP. THANK YOU SILVIA ❤️
