Good location in walking distance from city center. No parking directly at property, but not far away on other streets. Very nice front yard with plenty of plants and decoration. Host nicely prepares different breakfast each morning, and is present to chat and tell stories.

Lovely place to stay. Miriam suggested 2 good restaurants and beaches to visit.

Very central location, highly looked after and clean bed and breakfast. With a gorgeous garden and very friendly, open-minded people. Relaxing environment, perfect for a couple. Breakfast not abundant but beautifully presented. Multilingual management. Would highly recommend for a peaceful romantic escape from metropolitan stress.

In every sense, this is much more than a Bed and Breakfast, and words may fail to describe the beauty of the interior and the charm of the hosts Miriam and Lino. If you want to relax, have a unique breakfast experience, and enjoy great hospitality, look no further. In our humble experience, this is the best little Bed and Breakfast in the world, and our five-night stay was a joy from start to finish and a great introduction to the beautiful islands of the La Maddalena archipelago.

I chose Petite Maison at the very last minute, only 1 week before the stay. The photos and description piqued my curiosity, and I was fortunate that they had space available at such short notice. I couldn't have made a better choice. Miriam and Lino are magnets of hospitality; you just want to spend time with them and ask a million questions about their exquisite self-created home transformed into a B&B. It is impossible to describe in a few words and degrading to call it a simple B&B. It is a beautiful home created with much love and passion, open to strangers. Every corner of the house has something artfully created by Lino or Miriam; every detail is a joy to behold. We had the superior room, but with only 2 nights, it was difficult to fully enjoy our choice, and I can only suggest you book and see for yourselves. The room was cool and quiet despite the external heat; great shower, bed, and linen. The house is a 400mt walk from the central hub and port. Parking is external, and we had no problems finding a spot in front. The breakfast served from 08:30-09:00 is a must-do highlight; having read the reviews, we couldn't wait to see it. This is not just breakfast; it is a beautiful work of art incorporating healthy, color-themed foods, fruit, yogurt, juices, fresh croissants, and bread. Your wake-up drink is your choice, requested in advance and ready on the table. Day 1 was Purple, Day 2 Orange; a photo is a must. Miriam's flamboyant company and lighthearted chatter, together with Pilou, the entertaining and demanding Amazon parrot, and Kila, the shy rescue toy York Terrier, made the start of the day perfect. So be prepared to start your daily activities no earlier than 09:45; otherwise, you will not be able to enjoy this enchanting offering. A piece of my heart was stolen during my last visit to the La Maddalena archipelago 25 years ago with a 2-week stay on Caprera. Our way too short 2-night stay at Petite Maison has just taken another piece. It is my goal to return for a longer stay, hoping that we can find space again with Miriam and Lino. Thank you; you made our stay Paradise all the way through.

Lovely and quirky B&B, with great attention to detail by the owners.

Petite Maison is a wonderful house, full of color, striking artworks (painted by Lino) adorn the walls, and antique furniture is tastefully placed around the house and guest bedrooms. Breakfast was always good with different themes each morning, and always cheerful morning greetings from Miriam and her flowers and decorations on the table and in the bedroom. The owners also have a lovely little 'Yorkie' dog and also a Parrot, who hangs around the pretty little courtyard garden area which is full of lovely colors, including Bougainvillea, Hibiscus and Lantana Camara. Location was good, with only a 6 minute walk down to the front esplanade and pretty old Maddelina town. Missing being there and hope one day to return! Paul & Caryn.

An exceptional encounter with Myriam and Lino. Myriam is a character to absolutely discover, she is always available and genuine in her relationships. The Petite Maison is a magical place of beauty and originality. Fabulous breakfast with a different theme every day, you feel so good in this ideal place to discover the islands. We spent a moment here that will remain engraved in our memories. Thank you.

A little corner of paradise with its courtyard and its flowery garden where you can have a breakfast prepared with great care. Spacious room and large bathroom. There is also a fridge. Miriam and Lino are very friendly and attentive to their guests... 3 minutes walk from restaurants and the port. Easy and free parking available.

We had an excellent stay at Petite Maison, we appreciated the charm of the house, its small garden, our room, and the welcome from the owner. We also chose this place for its proximity to the city center and its location in a quiet neighborhood. We had also planned to take the boat ride offered by Dino, unfortunately the weather was not favorable (too windy). Other than that, all our expectations were met and we highly recommend this place. A magical place full of surprises, from the decor to the colorful and delicious breakfast. A very friendly welcome. Just a little lacking in parking space because then everything is within reach (200 m from the center). One room and only one does not have the bathroom in the room, even if it is a private bathroom it is in the hallway and this is not specified on the website, it's a shame. So you have to remember to ask for it.

Miriam was an excellent host. She was very attentive to make everything right for us. She always asked how we were doing and what we had experienced. She gave us great restaurant tips or offered to organize boat trips. We felt very comfortable. The room was cleaned every morning. It was very clean. The accommodation itself was lovingly decorated with many flowers in the garden. The breakfast had a different theme every morning and was very nicely set up. There were always fresh fruits, brioche, bread rolls. Personally, I missed something savory like cheese or ham, eggs. But still wonderful. I highly recommend the accommodation. It was a real pleasure to stay with Miriam and Lino, two exceptional hosts. Upon arrival, we were welcomed like old friends and they immediately made us feel pampered. Hospitality, kindness, professionalism, and friendliness are their mantra. They provided plenty of advice on beaches and places to visit, especially on where to eat well without getting ripped off. A big hug and a goodbye to this lovely Sardinian-Dutch couple. Highly recommended.

Refined, elegant, welcoming. Owners affable with an infinite class. Unique place, a little gem Emilia and Ennio.

A bed and breakfast in the heart of La Maddalena that stays in the heart. This is how the structure managed by Miriam & Lino could be summarized. Many flowers and colors at the entrance, interiors and exteriors in retro style "seaside house" from the sixties. Renovated without losing the taste of the origins. The exoticism of the walls, Lino's artworks, furnishings, and Miriam's touch do the rest. Room (equipped with air conditioning) and bathroom very clean. The original themed breakfasts, designed by Miriam, accompanied by her fascinating stories and anecdotes make the mornings pleasant. Kindness, availability, and excellent value for money complete and enhance the stay at the Petite Maison.

We spent a wonderful week at Petite Maison. The house is beautiful, as well as the exterior. Miriam serves her famous themed breakfasts in this space. The room was comfortable and clean thanks also to Rita's fantastic work. The location is perfect for reaching the center on foot. The very friendly owners, Lino and Miriam, will know how to advise you on what is really worth seeing in La Maddalena. If we happen to be in the archipelago again, we will definitely come back.

We felt at home. Hospitality and friendliness are the best qualities of the hosts. Quiet place, clean and close to the center, in short, worth going back!

Our two-week stay at the Petite Maison B&B was magnificent! A meticulously cared for property by the owners Lino and Miriam. Miriam's colorful and imaginative breakfasts are exceedingly exquisite. The rooms are cozy and spacious, enhanced by Lino's paintings and Miriam's ceramic works. For relaxation, there is a charming garden full of flowers where the parrot Pilù reigns supreme! The sailing boat trip was the highlight of the stay.

We were welcomed at the property by Miriam, who immediately made us feel at ease and at home. She told us funny anecdotes about the B&B, and we saw the stunning works of Lino. We met Kila, the little dog, and Pilu, the parrot who speaks English but is also learning Italian; he is amazing! What can I say? It was a wonderful week, waking up in the room with the beautifully colored paintings by Lino, then entering the bathroom, also designed by Lino, with warm and unique colors. Then we would go down for breakfast and be surprised every morning by the breakfasts prepared by the lovely Miriam; each morning had a different theme, and they were also beautifully presented with fantastic colors, adorned with flowers from their magnificent garden. Miriam's creativity knows no bounds, and the food was not only great but also plentiful. We recommend everyone to take a vacation in this B&B because it is very difficult to find such beautiful accommodations decorated with personality and taste. We were lucky, especially since we had already fallen in love with the photos we saw on their website, and we confirmed it by experiencing the vacation there.

The B&B is located in a central position, a few minutes from the center. We stayed in the "Superior" room: spacious, clean, and very well decorated. The breakfast prepared by Miriam was exceptional: from the presentation of the table, carefully arranged down to the smallest detail and with a different theme every day, to the variety and goodness of the food served. The owners Miriam, Lino, and Pillow (their friendly parrot!) were available, courteous, friendly, and very welcoming, always generous with great advice. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful stay, we hope to come back to visit you soon.
