Excellent structure, clean and with good furnishings. Located in the city center, the owner is very kind and available for any need. It will be my next base for the next return to Spoleto, a town that I adore.

Apartment that couldn't be more central. Close to one of the escalators to reach the center or, if you want as we did, great for exploring Spoleto and reaching the summit by walking around the town. The apartment assigned to us by the manager has a large kitchen with a living room, two bedrooms (double and single) where you sleep very well without noise, and two bathrooms all on three floors. We were very comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot for both breakfast and dinner, and maybe there are few pots, but we managed very well and had no problems. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and spacious structure, friendly and helpful manager who immediately indicated a parking not too far away and provided information about the city. Too bad not having been able to experience the breakfast, due to Covid restrictions, it would certainly have lived up to the rest. Recommended.

Extremely clean apartment, really equipped with everything and more (never seen an apartment with so many amenities like hairdryer, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, chess, breakfast placemats and more). A bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, and another small bathroom with sink and toilet; extendable table for 6 people. 200 m. from the escalators leading to both the Cathedral and the Albornoz Castle and 50 m. from the escalators of the Posterna; adjacent to via Garibaldi, good restaurants just a few meters away; hourly paid parking (max 3 hours) at 100 m.; free parking about 250 m away. I would say the apartment was cool, despite the high external temperatures. Extremely kind and helpful managers, as I have rarely found.\n\nReally inviting price, especially considering what is offered. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in this apartment and once there, we didn't want to leave. Located in a beautiful central area just steps from Piazza Garibaldi and the city center. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped (in the bathroom you can find products for all needs, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools), good breakfast, and above all the owner is very helpful and attentive to the customer's needs. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We were there last weekend and it was truly a precious gift for us to stay at this wonderful property! Mr. Fabio, the owner, is a wonderful person, helpful and a great professional. We booked for one night, but since we had a great time both for the place, the availability of the owner Fabio and the welcome, we extended the weekend! Clean and cozy apartment, with every comfort and a rich breakfast. We will definitely come back to spend a few days during the Christmas holidays (my brother-in-law also stayed in the studio below ground floor and he had a great time with all the comforts, he will definitely return). Great B&B, strategic location to visit the beautiful city of Spoleto, very nice and comfortable structure, really equipped with everything, equipped kitchen and excellent breakfast that Mr. Fabio unexpectedly included in the price. Extremely clean and spacious environments. The cherry on top is the maximum availability of the owner who also waited for us at the station to drive us to the property, where he also gave us all the useful information for our stay. I highly recommend this B&B and will definitely return, it's hard to find such professional and honest people like Fabio.

Me, my daughter, and my mom had a really pleasant short vacation in the studio of the very kind and hospitable Mr. Fabio. The place is very clean, welcoming, well furnished, and airy, and is located in the center of every useful service, in an enchanting Spoleto! Moreover, there was a plentiful breakfast. The structure has been recently renovated and is located just a few meters from the center, also reachable through escalators. Nearby there are bars, shops, and trattorias. You have at your disposal, almost, a mini apartment at the price of a room. Excellent cleanliness. Fabio, the owner of the structure, is friendly and helpful. Definitely worth coming back. Domenico.

We really liked the accommodation, both for its location right in the city center, very cozy, clean, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The manager, Fabio, was a very kind and helpful person, he came to pick us up at the highway exit and accompanied us home. Excellent value for money. The breakfast was plentiful. We will definitely come back, as the stay was short this time. Everything was really okay, we had a great time.

Located centrally, very well served by the internal city traffic (escalators about 30 meters away) with nearby guarded and/or free parking. We were guests of Fabio for two evenings of this year's Festival of Two Worlds, with the aim of being able to see a Barishnikov show for which I had not been able to find tickets online. I found the apartment incredibly comfortable, independent, characteristic, and welcoming, and Fabio the manager a truly hospitable and kind person, with a simple, direct, and genuinely courteous attitude that made us feel (at home), not to mention that the great manager managed to find the two much sought-after tickets for me, just by asking him. And for me, they were truly a gift of enormous value. I recommend the structure to anyone who wants to visit this dreamy city. As far as I'm concerned, I consider it my base in Spoleto when I return. The structure is located in a strategic position that allows easy visits to the entire historic center. My sweet lady and I celebrated our thirtieth anniversary in Spoleto. We stayed in a spacious apartment equipped with all comforts, a quiet environment, centrally located with all sites easily reachable on foot. The manager came to pick us up at the Spoleto Nord exit and took us to the parking lot where we left the car about 200 meters from the B&B Affittacamere Centro Città. "Self-service" breakfast, complete kitchenette, independent entrance, absolute freedom of movement. A few small downsides (obsolete TVs, no WiFi), otherwise it would be perfection. Highly recommended to everyone.

Cozy apartment, well furnished and above all clean. Located in the historic center, very close to a free parking, it allowed us to visit the most beautiful and characteristic part of the town. Pleasant walk through the picturesque alleys and shops very close to the B&B Affittacamere Centro Città. The manager was very friendly and truly helpful. It was an experience to repeat.

My husband and I had a great time. The structure is excellent in every way, complete, clean, in a position I would say perfect for visiting Spoleto and its surroundings. The car is 100 meters away, as is the historic center. Great availability of the manager and a quality/price ratio that I would define as optimal. And not only that, it is an apartment with a kitchenette, therefore very convenient for all needs.

Although we often use the B&B formula, we have rarely found ourselves so well as in this circumstance. The Centro Città structure, where we spent the Easter holidays, offered us a perfect location (in the heart of the city and at the same time, quiet, reserved and charming); facilities complete with everything (from kitchen utensils to bath linen); every comfort derived from a careful and attentive renovation; exquisite hospitality from the owners, very kind and available from our arrival. A heartfelt thanks for these fantastic days spent in beautiful Spoleto.
