Description
This exclusive bed and breakfast is located in the heart of the historic centre, within an historic building. The building has remained in the distinguished Sicilian D'Amico family for generations. Dating back to the 1700's, the palazzo has been partly renovated and refurbishedin 18° century style. The rooms are elegant and comfortable and are all equipped with air conditioning, central heating, TV and their own en-suite bathrooms. Each is furnishedwith refined and carefully selected antique Sicilian furniture.

Room located in a beautiful historic building, perfect decor matching the surroundings, I particularly loved the terracotta floor. Comfortable and clean bathroom. Whoever furnished these rooms had style. Very kind owners. Great price, I recommend it.

We stayed at B&B Il Melarancio for three days and we had a very good experience; the bed and breakfast is located in the center of Acireale, just a few steps from the Cathedral. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, situated in an ancient Sicilian palace. The owner is kind and helpful without ever being intrusive, and the breakfast, enjoyed in a local place near the structure, is, in our opinion, one of the best in the area. The sweets and granitas are really delicious.

A good historical property, clean, very close to the main square where the carriages parade. The Manager is a courteous and kind person, an excellent value for money. Sufficient breakfast.

We booked in a very short time, the manager with a unique kindness welcomed us in an excellent way, the structure is really beautiful and is located just two hundred meters from the center, we will definitely come back next time.

Great B&B! I was very impressed by this beautiful place. Structure with an antique look on the outside and inside, beautiful and spacious, with typical Sicilian antique furniture. Very clean and welcoming room, in an optimal position in the center of Acireale and close to many restaurants. The manager is very helpful and kind, he recommended us a wonderful beach just 10 minutes away. Excellent value for money, I would gladly return.

Gentilissima signora Grimaldi, la fonte di calore nel bagno esiste, ed è costituita dal termosifone. In questo periodo, particolarmente mite, i termosifoni non sono stati accesi. Restano comunque attivi i condizionatori d'aria regolati a caldo che garantiscono una temperatura ottimale. Grazie sempre della Sua gradita presenza.
