Maria is very kind and very welcoming. Totally satisfied with everything. The breakfast with homemade things is splendid. The property is in a non-central area but, precisely for this reason, quiet and serene for the mind and the ears. Heartfelt congratulations.

Super positive experience at Mrs. Maria's B&B, the hostess, and her husband! The rooms were clean and comfortable, nothing was missing. Everything was taken care of in detail. Not to mention the beautiful and delicious breakfast. Mrs. Maria welcomed us as if we had known each other forever, and in fact we felt right at home! Ideal for those with children looking for a quiet place with all the amenities! Thanks to Mrs. Maria and her husband for the beautiful welcome and for our short stay. Highly recommended!

Cozy and pleasant bed and breakfast furnished in a very well-kept manner. Remarkable availability, close to the city of Arezzo and one of its large parking lots. Perfect breakfast. Absolutely worth trying. Excellent value for money.

Comfortable facility for visiting Arezzo and surrounding areas. The B&B is very clean and tastefully furnished. We felt at home and pampered by Mrs. Maria, very kind and caring with the whole family and especially with my kids. Goodbye and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We stayed for one night in the quadruple room with 2 double beds. Comfortable, attention to detail, embroidered sheets, clean. Excellent abundant breakfast with jams made by the kind lady, tasty cakes and milk bread rolls.

There is little to do, a holiday is remembered not so much for the history and culture of the territory, but for the people you meet along the way. Staying at Mrs. Maria's Bed and Breakfast was a memorable experience. The breakfasts she prepared for us were fantastic: abundant, special, different every day, and full of the scent of true Tuscany. And then the welcome she gave us, the advice on where to have lunch and dinner, what to visit, the anecdotes about the territory and the things to see... precious and unique precisely because they come from someone who has lived there for generations. Thank you, Maria, for the chats and the good time spent together. We wait for you in Padua, and warm greetings also to Mario. Breakfast also gluten-free and lactose-free with extraordinary homemade jams and super aromatic bruschettas.

Not far from the center of Arezzo, located in a quiet and peaceful place, Mrs. Maria welcomed us showing us the room I had booked. Kindness and love for her work are to be appreciated and then the room is lovely, very clean and bright! The bathroom, in our case, was outside the room but it didn't create any problem for us. Spacious shower and everything very clean. The breakfast, then, was the best! Sweet, savory, cakes, crostini with homemade jams, too bad I didn't take a picture! If we go back to those areas, we will definitely go back to her! We felt at home. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts Maria!

The last three nights of 2018 at the B&B Casa delle Rose di Maria were really enjoyable, thanks to the excellent hospitality, even in the details. It is worth mentioning, first and foremost, the extraordinary morning treat of the abundant and delicious breakfast prepared by Maria, very attentive to accommodating our tastes and needs. But we must also remember the punctual cleanliness of the premises, located in a very quiet area within a well-kept and welcoming residential context. The stay was made even more pleasant by the kindness and courteous attentions of the hosts, who welcomed us like an old couple of friends, even though they did not know us at all.

We are happy to leave a review for this wonderful Bed and Breakfast where we stayed for one night and where we will definitely return if we find ourselves in that area. Cozy and clean place, sunny, where a lovely lady Maria warmly welcomed us and delighted us with her delicious cakes prepared with so much love. We had a great time. La Casa delle Rose di Maria is located near the city of Arezzo, an ideal place to relax in the tranquility of the countryside. Recommended!

This is a Bed and Breakfast that deserves to be visited and stayed in, because the maximum rating is only 10; otherwise I would have given much more on all the aspects. My husband Franco and I were very happy with the choice we made. The place is very nice, close to Arezzo and the main road junctions. Every detail is taken care of. The welcome from Maria is warm and the breakfast is very satisfying. The structure is beautiful and the setting in the green countryside of Arezzo towards the hill is magnificent.
