Very cute structure and located 2 minutes from the center. Mrs. Antonella is very kind and really friendly. The only flaw is that the little house was not very clean, which is why I gave it 3 stars. Despite this small inconvenience, I highly recommend it.

I booked 2 apartments, a two-room and a three-room for 2 families of 4 and 5 people respectively. The apartments are very comfortable, equipped with everything needed for a stay and well furnished. The host Antonella is very kind and helpful, always ready to meet guests' requests. Located in the Bette area (Fraz di Chiavenna), it is not too far from the center and is about ten km away (20 minutes by car) from the Sky Express in Campodolcino. Wifi connection is available, but very weak and unstable, so practically unusable for streaming, otherwise very satisfied with my stay, absolutely recommended!

Comfortable, clean and well-maintained apartments, equipped with the necessary for the kitchen and bathroom, in a quiet and easily accessible area. It should be considered that the spaces are a bit tight when the apartments are occupied by 8+4 people. Very nice porch/veranda, usable even for meals if the temperatures allow it. Finally, the kindness and availability of the managers are definitely worth mentioning.

Only two words: very nice! Welcoming, quiet and in a perfect location to go to Chiavenna center and to reach Campodolcino for skiing! I will come back, really compliments.

We felt at home. Antonella was fantastic in managing our arrival and departure. The apartment is comfortable and essential, complete with practically everything: dishes, tablecloth and tea towels, towels, hairdryer... In summer, with the sun hitting the window in the living area, it remains a bit warm but it is absolutely bearable. In the sleeping area and in the bathroom instead, there are two small windows up high and it remains much cooler. The city center is reachable on foot in 10 minutes, excellent location to avoid moving the car. Being a residential area, it is very quiet and peaceful, another significant plus. Absolutely worth going back.

Comfortable and cozy apartment, within walking distance from the center of Chiavenna and a few minutes by car from the main attractions. The setting is very peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

A nice apartment ideal for a couple like us, equipped with the necessary things for a short stay like ours but also for a longer stay, the owner is fantastic, polite and very nice and was kind to help us choose the place to eat in the evening. I recommend it.

A nice, clean, tidy, and well-furnished apartment, especially the bathroom seemed newly renovated and very nice. It was on the ground floor so no view and the bedroom window was also very small. The manager was very helpful and kind. It was not far from the historic center of Chiavenna so the location was ok.

What can I say, first of all, it was wonderful to be welcomed in a marvelous way by the kind Sara and also by Marco who answered all the questions I asked in a careful and precise manner. What can I say, brand new and very comfortable structure, although I think there are some small improvements to be made such as the installation of a small air conditioner to eliminate that slight stuffy feeling inside, in addition to the installation of mosquito nets to prevent mosquitoes from entering. I definitely recommend it for more than one night, also because the structure is equipped with both a kitchenette and a washing machine; I would say it's a great place to enjoy some tranquility, very close to the center, just 1.5 km on foot. Highly recommended.
