Description
Through an handmade iron gate on a calle, just off the main thoroughfare from Piazzale Roma to the San Tomà vaporetto stop, you'll spy the small, inviting garden terrace. Ca' San Rocco is extraordinaly quiet thanks to lots of greenery in the neighborhood.

It is a cozy, family-run, 6 room place.

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Localisation un peu en dehors des foules avec des petits bistros tranquilles sur des places où se retrouvent les vénitiens. Toit Terrasse pour le petit déjeuner top. Établissement intimiste. Nous descendons là à chaque fois que nous allons à la biennale.

The 'Ca' San Rocco' property is conveniently located, the breakfast terrace is splendid, the staff is kind and helpful, the rooms need to be updated in terms of decor and bedding.
