Everything is new. The renovation is not yet completed. A wrong address was provided. An ordeal that one would gladly avoid. One would expect an apology from the operator.

Excellent from all points of view. Courtesy guaranteed. Breakfast ok. Very close to the center. 5 minutes by car. Quiet area. If I pass by Perugia again, I think it will be my reference.

Very kind and helpful staff, the structure is well managed, clean and comfortable. It is affordable and we had a great time with the various services. The breakfast in the morning was abundant and very much appreciated.

I stayed at this Albergo Nyers with my family, abundant and varied breakfast. Quiet location and perfect for reaching the center of Perugia. Provided with private parking. Comfortable and clean rooms. Staff always available for anything. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent value for money. Worth going back!

We had a good time, excellent reception and service. I did not rate the breakfast as it was not made on-site but I recommend staying for the rest. Comfortable, modern, and clean structure. Professional management in a quiet and convenient location for visiting the surroundings.

Comfortable hotel, very welcoming and simple, very helpful, sociable, and friendly managers. Excellent value for money despite being about 5 km from the center, reachable by car or minimetro, I recommend it, which is about 1 km from the hotel.\n\nSurely Albergo Nyers will be my first choice for my next weekend in Perugia.
