Anna is a lovely and fun woman. She speaks only Italian, so we had difficulty communicating but we managed to make it work. The room was completely okay, and the breakfast was really nice with lots of homemade cakes. Not a bad drive to URBINO and much quieter.

Wonderful B&B in a great central location on the Via Nazionale. The rooms are super clean, there is use of the garden, and breakfast is a delicious spread of home-made cakes, bread and meat. Anna is a wonderfully friendly host. We were here visiting friends but this would be a wonderful retreat for a relaxing break and conveniently on the bus route to Urbino/Fano. Highly recommended!

We can only thank and compliment Mrs. Anna for her kindness and hospitality. Excellent host, it's like being with family. Helpful and discreet, she is a nice lady. The breakfast is super abundant with different cakes and 'crescia marchigiana' (all delicious) made by Anna. The location is good, about 12 minutes by car from Urbino. We wanted to visit Urbino calmly and so we booked at Anna B&B. The accommodation is nice and very clean; Mrs. Anna is delightful, very kind and caring; the breakfast is spectacular: Anna's cakes are super delicious, she also prepared a crescia on the spot that we enjoyed with excellent local ham. What can I say, if you are passing by those parts, make a stop at Mrs. Arduini's b&b. Highly recommended.

Mrs. Anna, the owner of Anna B&B, is the real strength of the structure. She welcomed us with an extraordinary hospitality. The room is spacious and with all the comforts. Anna B&B is located in a quiet hamlet of the city of Urbino, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The breakfast is exceptional. The products are all rigorously homemade by Mrs. Anna. An endless variety of excellent cakes, yogurt, fruit, juices, and also the crescia sfoglia of Urbino with cold cuts. I recommend to all those who travel to the area the Anna B&B.

Anna B&B is welcoming and very kind, we thank her very much for the hospitality. The reserved room was a bit small for 3 people, but the very generous breakfast definitely balanced the slight discomfort. The structure is about 10 km away from Urbino, located on a slightly busy main road, but still comfortable and with a very well-kept garden.

The structure is easily reachable and recognizable. Immersed in greenery and in a beautiful, relaxing, and well-kept garden; next to it there is also a small but essential shopping center with a supermarket and a pharmacy. The room is cozy and clean, as well as the bathroom, clean and spacious, with various shelves to place bags and various products. The landlady is caring and attentive even to the needs of children. Breakfast is plentiful, varied, and delicious, with 7 different types of cakes and sweets lovingly prepared by Mrs. Anna, affable and elegant in manner. The only downside was the TV that offered very few visible channels, but perhaps it was a problem related to the bad weather.

We stayed at Anna B&B for two nights. The structure is easily recognizable from the street due to its unmistakable color. The B&B is surrounded by a large garden full of flowers and with ample parking. The room was simply furnished but comfortable. The bathroom has a convenient shower. Guests have access to a large equipped kitchen. Excellent cleanliness. As already reviewed by other guests, the highlight of Anna B&B is the sweets served at breakfast: we were able to choose and enjoy seven types of cakes, all excellent! Anna welcomed us with sympathy and made us feel at home.

Gentile Paolo, grazie per esser stati miei ospiti e per aver apprezzato le bontà del mattino. Mi scuso ancora per il wifi sparito per due giorni ma non per colpa mia. Segnalato a Tim, questa ha trovato e risolto un guasto di rete con i propri tempi. Infine, le camere e il condizionatore. Ogni B&B originale è la casa di una famiglia che viene aperta per ospitare altre famiglie e persone a costi nettamente inferiori ad alberghi o altro. Il B&B ha un'ampiezza di 140 mq ed è circondato da un grande giardino pieno di piante che offrono ombra alla casa garantendo qualche grado in meno per via naturale. Non ho mai scritto che dispongo di condizionatori d'aria ma di ventilatori per le notti più calde. È sempre possibile migliorarsi ma un B&b è bello anche perché è casa, atmosfere, parole, risate, profumo di caffè e cose buone. E qui Paolo, tutto questo lo troverà sempre. Anna.

Excellent Anna B&B, close to Urbino (10 minutes) and to the other locations in the Metauro valley. 15 minutes from the Furlo gorge. Mrs. Anna is very kind and excellent at preparing breakfast cakes: there were all kinds and for every taste. It was a pleasure to get up to taste them. For dinner on site, two restaurants/pizzerias are a 2 and 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

I confirm the previous reviews about the friendliness and goodness of Mrs. Anna's cakes. It's a well-maintained and very clean 60s house. The location is a bit noisy because it is on the main road to Urbino and, despite the new type windows, in summer if you keep them open you can hear the traffic. Recommended for the equidistance between Gola del Furlo, Fossombrone, Urbino.

Good morning. We spent a couple of days at Anna's B&B and we had a great time. The place is quiet, clean, and the breakfast is really abundant. The cakes and crescia cooked by Anna are spectacular and also the kindness of the owner makes you feel at home. The only negative point, if we want to call it that, is that Urbino can only be reached by car. Anyway, I recommend everyone to visit Anna.

Mrs. Anna is very nice. She prepares about 5-6 different types of cakes for breakfast. The garden of Anna B&B is very well-kept and tidy. The rooms all have a private bathroom. The location is very suitable for travel as it is located on the State Road that connects Urbino - Fano. Congratulations.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B con la mia famiglia composta da 5 persone (tre bambini), la signora Anna si è dimostrata una persona riservata, cortese e dedita a questa sua attività. La struttura è pulita, curata e situata a pochi chilometri dal centro di Urbino. La colazione che abbiamo trovato al mattino ci ha lasciato senza parole: 10 torte tutte diverse preparate dalla signora e tutte squisite. Ci siamo trovati bene!

Accoglienza impeccabile! Si nota da subito l'ordine e la pulizia delle stanze. La signora Anna inoltre si è dimostrata molto elastica aglio orari e alle esigenze di noi ospiti..senza dimenticare le magnifiche torte da lei preparate per la colazione! Ci ritornerei senz'altro.

La signora Anna è una persona speciale che ti fa sentire a casa tua, anzi meglio! Le sue torte sono superlative e la sua crescia è da svenimento. La pulizia delle camere è perfetta, e l'arredamento semplice ma molto carino. Lo spazio fuori è grande e tenuto benissimo. siamo stati benissimo.

Parlare solo dell'ottima colazione e delle squisite torte farebbe torto alla signora Anna, persona squisita, gentile e disponibilissima a tutte le nostre esigenze. La mattina ti accoglie con un sorriso e piena di attenzioni, se volete sentirvi a casa non mancate di andarci ne vale la pena.

La signora Anna è carinissima, disponibile e simpatica. Le camere pulite, la colazione abbondante e buonissima, le torte ogni mattina diverse. La struttura è bella e in ordine. Li vicino ci sono paesetti molto carini da vedere.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per 4 notti, oltre ad essere in posizione strategica per visitare molti luoghi interessanti, trovavamo la stanza ed il bagno sempre impeccabili; la signora Anna, che lo gestisce, è veramente gentile e carinissima, una nota di merito alle colazioni, ogni mattina un tavolo imbandito con diverse torte tutte buonissime. Se avremo occasione di ripassare, sicuramente sarà un nostro punto di riferimento. Nicoletta e Tiziano.

Le notti del 24 e 25 aprile, siamo andati con alcuni amici, a visitare Urbino e abbiamo prenotato c/o il b6b Anna. Ci siamo trovati benissimo; la signora è gentilissima e la sua colazione è fantastica! Ogni mattina avevamo a disposizione più di 6 torte fatte direttamente da lei oltre alla "crescia", una specie di piadina ma molto migliore, che la signora Anna preparava regolarmente. Ci sentiamo di raccomandarla fortemente. Visitate Urbino perché è veramente una bella città e prenotate al B&B Anna. Non ve ne pentirete!

Siamo stati benissimo, locali pulitissimi, ambiente molto curato, stanza silenziosissima, colazione veramente super con torte, 7 in totale, preparate dalla signora Anna, yogurt, caffè, the, cappuccino, succhi di frutta, crescia con prosciutto crudo che tra l'altro ci ha dato da portare via. Persona veramente gentile, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno presso la struttura in occasione del B&B day. La signora Anna che lo gestisce è veramente ospitale e cordiale. Le sue colazioni eccezionali. Tutte le torte preparate da lei, buonissime. Eravamo soltanto in 2 ne avevamo a disposizione più di 6! In più yogurt, succhi di frutta, frutta, cappuccino, caffè. L'ultimo giorno ci ha preparato la crescia (tipica marchegiana) che ci ha dato per gustare durante il rientro. La camera, caldissima e accogliente. Con prodotti da bagno tutti di marca e non le solite bustine. Che dire tutto magnifico. Se passeremo di nuovo da quelle parti, impossibile non tornarci!

Speciale soprattutto la persona: la signora Anna accogliente, cordiale e colloquiale nella giusta misura, anche l'ambiente, la casa, le stanze, tutto confortevole e pulito. Io e mio marito siamo stati da poco presso il B&B e ne siamo pienamente soddisfatti. Bella e ben strutturata la residenza con un grazioso giardino fiorito, pulitissime e silenziose le stanze, dotazioni di cortesia nel bagno di qualità come a casa propria, confortevole salottino con guide turistiche da consultare a piacimento, la possibilità di cenare presso localini vicini. Una nota di merito alle colazioni, davvero superlative, con torte squisitissime e golose, possibilità di gustare anche la crescia salata ottima e libera disponibilità di bevande o caffetteria in ogni momento della giornata. La signora Anna è una persona dolce, gentilissima, affabile, ti fa sentire davvero un ospite di riguardo. Anche il posteggio interno è comodissimo. Questa piccola struttura merita davvero un plauso!

Il posto è accogliente e tranquillo. La simpatia della signora Anna è veramente squisita come le sue torte (che rappresentano il pezzo forte del soggiorno). Sicuramente un posto dove ritornare.

Ottima la colazione. Molto brava e accogliente la signora Anna. Graziossima la camera, ed il bagno veramente grazioso e ben arredato, con un tocco che dà molta serenità e pulizia. Da ritornare, unico neo la tripla è troppo piccola meglio optare per le doppie, se si hanno figli grandi o due camere.
