Our family of 5 (2 adults 3 children) enjoyed very much our 2 nights stay in Florence, in a big part because of staying in the huge Family Room of B&B In Centro, as the spaciousness of the house afforded us the luxury of movement, and I would know having stayed in a good number of tiny space hotel rooms on this trip covering 4 countries 9+ cities.\n\nSpecial mention must go out to Luigi, the owner, who had been nothing but helpful right from the booking stage (where I had to change my stay from 3 nights to 2 because of change of trip schedule), to giving very precise information on how to reach the apartment, to helping us carry our 3 Big luggagges into our room on arrival, and offering tips on how to explore the beautiful city of Florence, and booking us taxi to Central train station on checking out.\n\nSo thank you so much, Luigi, for making our short 3 days 2 nights stay in Florence a wonderful experience.\n\nP. B&B In Centro Firenze was a terrific place to stay. It is located in the old part of the city and is within walking distance to all the sites that you want to see. The host was wonderful. He was helpful with suggestions on places to go and eat. He went out of his way. The room was great. It was clean and nicely decorated. Everything that I needed was there. While there are a few rooms, the bed and breakfast was quiet and I still felt that I had my privacy. The breakfast is at a little place down the street. It is good as you get to have breakfast with the locals and was filling. My stay here contributed to the wonderful time that I had in Firenze. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to explore this amazing city on foot and eat/drink at local places (less touristy). I would stay here again without a doubt.

I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights. The reception by Luigi was very warm, the accommodation impeccably clean. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed on the 2nd day. Even though the window faces a main street, it was quiet at night. The bed is good for the back (firmer mattress), especially if you're out in the city all day. By bus, you can reach the center (Cathedral) or the train station in 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation!

We spent 2 nights in Florence and chose the B&B In Centro. \n\nWe could easily reach everything on foot from the B&B: historic center, restaurants, shopping. Perfect! The B&B is not located in the noisy center, which we found advantageous. \n\nThe train station is about 15 minutes away by bus. \n\nWe had a double room with a private bathroom. The room is very large, quiet and clean, the bed was very comfortable. \n\nThe owner is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is served in a pastry shop about 100m away. \n\nOverall, we had a very nice stay at the B&B. We can recommend it without reservation and would book there again at any time.

La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è presso una delle migliori pasticcerie di Firenze, mi dispiace non sia stata al vostro livello.... We had two communicating rooms with a bathroom. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and very clean. The property is well served for the center with a tram station a few meters away. The owner Luigi was very kind and provided us with breakfast vouchers at a nearby bar. Very abundant breakfast. We were also recommended a parking lot not far away, very convenient and with a 50% discount. Luigi also suggested some places for lunches and dinners both in the surrounding area and in the center of Florence. Very clear in explaining the services. Truly a beautiful vacation without any problems, highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in Florence without being in the chaos of the center and arriving by car without encountering the ZTL. EXCELLENT.

The best choice! We opted for 2 nights in the economy double room and everything went very well. Luigi was very kind, immediately upon our arrival he made sure to provide us with a map of the city indicating points of interest and restaurants for dinner. Everything perfect and as described. Luigi followed us from the moment of booking until departure, satisfying our requests and giving us useful advice on what to do and where to eat. In the rooms, we found a map of Florence with everything marked. Excellent initiative! The rooms are located inside an ancient building, which can be reached with 2 flights of stairs. The decor is modern and functional mixed with period floors and very high ceilings. In the room, there is a kettle and a tea kit. While in the corridor, there is a microwave and a large refrigerator shared with the other rooms. Everything meticulously clean. We had the bathroom in the room, small and without a window but efficient, especially the shower with a new showerhead and without limescale as often happens even in more prestigious environments. Breakfast is served in a bar located 50 meters from the property. Definitely B&B In Centro to be considered for future stays in Florence. Oh, I forgot: for those arriving by car, the B&B is just outside the ZTL with parking in blue stripes and a 'Esselunga' supermarket a few meters away. Highly recommended and compliments to Luigi.

Salve Federica, Sinceramente rimango molto male per la recensione visto che da quello che avete detto siete stati benissimo… Vi ho fatto pure lo sconto e vi lamentate del rapporto qualità prezzo in questo periodo che come sapete le spese sono aumentate per tutti e noi cerchiamo di tirare avanti con bollette fuori di testa… Vi ricordo che avete pagato 30 euro a testa a notte, a settembre a Firenze, soggiornando in una stanza di 30 mq con lenzuola e asciugamani di alta qualità, colazione e tisane a disposizione. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia mi farebbe piacere sapere dove avete trovato sporco, in modo da potermi migliorare…… Un saluto e un consiglio, visto che siete così esigenti un hotel farebbe più al caso vostro! Saluti.

I stayed with my family between the 9th and 11th of July; we were greeted with kindness and friendliness by Luigi, who made sure we lacked nothing during our stay. The rooms, nice and spacious, and the bathroom are very clean and comfortable to sleep in. We also appreciated the generous breakfast at the pastry shop near the B&B In Centro. Very beautiful and spacious room in a structure, literally, 10 minutes walk from the historical center of the city. The owner is a very kind and more than helpful person, and at check-in he gave us a lot of information on how to move around and where to have lunch/dinner in the various areas. Also very useful is the agreement with the nearby paid parking. Breakfast is to be done at a bar/pastry shop a few minutes from the B&B In Centro for which you have daily vouchers. The only slight downside for a 2-night stay: the toilet seat couldn't stay up. Nothing serious, though.

I spent four days with my daughter in this beautiful B&B In Centro, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the beds comfortable, the little terrace is very cute. Good and abundant breakfast at a pastry shop nearby. The city center is a 15/20 minute walk away. Our stay was great, thanks to Luigi, the owner, always available and very friendly, he gave us valuable information and knew how to point out non-touristy places where to enjoy the delicious Tuscan cuisine.

Cozy and very nice place. It is located 15/20 minutes from Palazzo Pitti and 30 from the Duomo area. Simple but with all the essentials, also enjoyed the breakfast at a bar very close to the hotel. Friendly and helpful manager.

Located in a very convenient position as it is close to a convenient parking lot, the Florentine nightlife, and ten minutes from the historic center. Strategic location, just a few minutes from Ponte Vecchio and the entire historic center. Well-kept and quiet rooms, very comfortable beds excellent for a relaxing night. Luigi, the owner, is exceptional, friendly, polite, ready to advise you on what to see and where to eat. The breakfast needs to be improved, the high rating is for Pegaso pastry shop for the quality of the products and the friendliness of everyone. I will definitely come back at the first opportunity.

Comfortable apartment to reach the center in a reasonable time, with many nearby services. Very helpful owner and recommended us truly special restaurants. The bakery for breakfast included with a lot of choices and of excellent quality. Only flaw: air conditioning present in only one of the two rooms.

B&B In Centro is very clean. Large and small towels are available. Even though we didn't have a bathroom in the room, it went very well because we still had a personal one equipped with a hairdryer and mini soaps. The breakfast served in a bar 100 meters away is abundant as you get a drink and 2 croissants per person. The owner of the B&B, Luigi, was very kind and friendly in explaining some of the main things to see by highlighting them on a map of Florence provided by him. Great stay and great price for being almost in the center and during high season.

Great place just before the ZTL, so easily reachable by car.\n\nUnfortunately, it does not have parking, so you have to look for it.\n\nMy room was very beautiful, well-kept, and clean, the only flaw being the lack of a bidet in the bathroom.\n\nMr. Luigi's welcome is very kind and professional.\n\nFinally, breakfast is served outside the facility in agreement with a pastry shop and is very good.\n\nHighly recommended place. I will come back.

Beautiful location in a strategic position for walking around, excellent and abundant breakfast (two pastries per person, coffee, cappuccino, and choice of tea). Manager of the B&B very helpful and polite. Extremely clean room equipped with all comforts. Although rooms with en-suite bathroom were not available, we did not experience any inconvenience because the private bathroom outside the room was large and spacious and like the room, very clean. Abundant breakfast included in the price in a very nice bar next to the B&B managed by lovely people who allowed us to replace one of the two pastries with other items. Convenient location, 10 minutes' walk from the station and the main tourist attractions in Florence. We will definitely return to stay at this B&B when we return to Florence. Thank you.

The structure is very close to the Parco delle Cascine, so it's an ideal location for concerts, and for those who don't mind walking, also for visiting the center. The room was spacious, well furnished, with a small bathroom. Cleanliness ok and air conditioning in the room! Breakfast with a coupon at a nearby bar, with 2 brioches and a drink each. In the immediate vicinity, a very convenient supermarket. Luigi, the manager, is very kind and provides all the useful information.

I stayed at the B&B In Centro for just one night but I was positively impressed. The structure is 1.5 km away from the SM Novella train station and is easily reachable on foot. Clean room, well-furnished, quiet, facing the inner courtyard and not the street. Breakfast is not served at the B&B, but you have a voucher available at the nearby pastry shop (drinks + 2 pastries, excellent!). Making the short stay even more enjoyable, the kindness and availability of Luigi, the manager, who, giving me a city map, recommended restaurants and places in the area, as well as the most convenient routes. In short, if I were to return to Florence, I already know where to stay!

With my partner, we spent three nights in Florence and were looking for a nice B&B, just outside the historic center, with affordable prices. After two days of intense research (I am very picky), here they are! Upon arrival, we are greeted by the smiling Luigi, and we enter a sophisticated atrium with soft lights and a slight and very good scent in the air. He shows us our room, the red one, and expectations are not disappointed, we find it just like in the photos. Extremely clean, with TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, shower gel bottles, and a welcome candy on the personal linen. Very kind, he gives us a map of the city marking the main attractions, trattorias where to eat well without spending a fortune, and bus stops to go to and from the B&B. Extremely helpful, he leaves us the number for any eventuality. Great thing the luggage deposit for the last day, which in many places is not available. The breakfast (2 croissants, cappuccino/coffee/tea), already included, is at the Pegaso bar, 150 m from the B&B. To summarize: Everything perfect, we had a wonderful time, I highly recommend it!
